As a frequent traveler, I plan to go back to the hotel. I had an excellent waiter Geoffrey that was very friendly and efficient. The food , room accommodations were excellent.The only thing is you must call ahead of time to reserve a table for the breakfast/ brunch. My suggestion to the front desk is to ask during check in is whether you want to dine there and if so ,to make a reservation. Also, to let people know if there is an event nearby due to changes for pickup for rides, such as an Uber. The frontable is still under construction which is unfortunate but I hope by the next time I arrive , it will be finished. Overall, I would give the hotel an A minus .

Location. Clean Room wasn’t ready at 5pm. Had to use key card to work elevator and half the time it didn’t work! No luggage carts and I was supposed to get a free breakfast voucher but never received. Staff tried their best but whoever is running the place cares more about appearance than service.

Great location in downtown and staff exceptional. Valet parking excellent. Just as good as it was for years. Nothing!

We arrived at the hotel around 6:15pm. Check in was at 3pm. The person at the front desk stated that our room was not ready and they couldn’t tell us when it would be ready. We tried to file a complaint with Marriott. After 15 minutes we gave up.

Quaint hotel with amazing staff. They were able to accommodate a room change last minute for me. Valet was also very nice and fairly quick. Room was comfortable, though the mattress was very very firm and the blankets are thin.

The staff was exceptionally warm and friendly and greeted me each time I entered and exited the hotel! The corner room I requested did not have a view and the lookout was over the air conditioning and engineering units.

Everyone was great. Beautifully redone. My room was huge and the well done bathroom was an added plus.

Clean room with great bed and pillows. Loved our overnight in Indy. Enjoyed a signature cocktail and conversation in the hotel bar. All staff were friendly, welcoming and made us feel very cared for.

Room was quiet and well-outfitted. Service for pet was exceptional. Location ideal. Easy valet process. Staff excellent. Food at the in-house restaurant highly recommended.

Needs much upgrades!
