the hotel was nice and the staff was amazing and friendly! I needed help and they went the extra mile to help me! the breakfast! I'm allergic and couldn't eat some of the breakfast!

I had a good stay at the Fairfield Inn by Marriott in Indianapolis. The breakfast was decent and convenient, and the location was great with plenty of restaurants and places within walking distance. Overall, it was a comfortable stay and a good option if you want easy access to nearby spots.

We weren't aware that the housekeeping policy was for every other day, but the front desk staff was very kind and provided everything we needed. The breakfast was very good—better than the standard we’ve seen at other hotels in the United States. It was interesting that we didn't have to show ID upon entry, though that rule is more common in Europe. Parking was affordable, and although the lot fills up, we always found a spot near our hotel. All the staff—in the dining area, at the front desk, and in housekeeping—were very friendly and helpful. Regarding housekeeping, despite staffing shortages, they really should check the soap dispensers in the bathtubs. We rated everything else as excellent. We might not have realized that cleaning was scheduled for alternate days. However, a clarification would be helpful—perhaps a reminder posted on the back of the door.

Big fan on how easy parking is considering the downtown location

Stayed there for the Indy Mini. The staff were very friendly. Post race they had water & bananas for the runners. It was a great location as well. Would definitely stay there again.

From the time I walked in the place looked awesome. And the staff were amazing. They were so helpful helping me to choose were to eat. The pressure could be a little stronger. Other than that the hotel was a pleasure
