Valet attendants were wonderful, even running back to my car to retrieve left behind items. Everyone was very polite and helpful. Amenities were fantastic. Connor's is one of our favorite restaurants that we visit even when staying elsewhere. Ballroom on the 2nd floor was very nice for our event dinner. Will definitely stay here again.

Close to the venue, comfortable, and clean. $60 a day for parking. Staff is all Indian and doesn’t speak or understand English very well.

Super nice valet. Checkin lovely, let me know they would supply a free pass to the Eiteljorg museum that I was visiting the next day. Room was quiet, Bed so comfy I overslept. Asked for a later checkout and the clerk was SO gracious and kind, gave me more time than I asked for. Shower hot AND good pressure. There is even a Starbucks in the lobby and they are holding my luggage while I go to the museum. Starting my 5th week of a cross country drive and this is the best stay so far. Thank you!

Was charged twice, once thru booking, and at hotel, upon my own discovery did I find we were charged twice for 1 nites stay, company had no issue taking the 332$, but takes a week to get it returned, do better.
