When I got there, there was only one car in the parking lot besides security cars that I believe are just stored there, and a staff car. By the time we went to bed there was only 3 other cars besides mine. The room was dirty, bathroom door had to be lifted in order to close, shower took 25 minutes to get hot, and TV only had a few channels. Staff were friendly and it appears half the room flooring was new, but building was very run down and neglected.

I don’t wish to ever stay at that hotel again the hot water never got hot for the most part. The phones did not work and trying to call the front desk. There were spots on my linen in the room, and I called the front desk and asked the housekeeping to come and change it. They said there was no housekeeping on duty. They’d have them change it the next day they never did. The pillows were horrible. I am so deeply dissatisfied with that day. I would really even like to have a refund if possible.

Rooms are spacious and clean. Nice free continental breakfast which included waffle maker, eggs & sausage. The only negative was the noise. I could hear people in the hallway & outside from my room.

Had to run water for 30 MINUTES in the morning before it was warm enough to shower! Was not told of this problem in advance. Nobody answered the phone at front desk, so had to get dressed and go downstairs to find out what was wrong. Dog barking in parking lot kept us awake for 45 minutes at midnight. Again, no answer at front desk. Breakfast was nothing but bread and cereal. This place should NOT be a Quality Inn.

Man. I don’t know where to start. Everything seemed broken with the cheapest repair possible.

No hot water smelled like mold no clean towels heat smelled HORRIBLE DO NOT RECOMMEND

Upon checking-in I was informed there was a problem with the cable srvice and so no television in the room. I was told there would be some sort of "adjustment" in my bill so will wait to see what that means.

Property was awful had no hot water and they told us if we didn’t like it to check out and leave with no refund

The outside looked super sketchy to the point I didn't feel safe staying there.

There was a sense of the property being very limited on resources, cleaness, towels, toiletries, etc.

When entering the room you could tell it had been cleaned (smells of eucalyptus and tee tree). Upon inspection there were also No bugs. Unfortunately the shower was non- operational and sometimes through my stay there were sounds of either children or other consumers stomping up and down hall way. I did tell hotel staff when checking out but received very little response other than thank you. I am two for two on chosing not so good hotels in Indiana.

Suspicious that 3 police cars are parked in the parking lot in what appears to be a seedy part of town. Water was lukewarm. Grounds not well kept. Was clean and bed comfortable.

A lot of things in the room were falling apart, including the deadbolt on the door. There were some dirty stains on some of the lamp shades that looked like old food or something & the air conditioner didn't get that cold & was very loud. For a cheap hotel you get what you pay for I suppose

The bed had stains almost like poop or something i saw cigarette burns in the bed. Shower was not cleaned.we just made it work simply because we had no other options. But overall the people were very nice

It was in a rougher part of the city. The breakfast offered was sparse. It was under some kinda renovation.

It was an adequate stay, the front desk was fantastic, super friendly and helpful. It's an older hotel, The area is fine.Not great but fine. If you're looking for a safe place to stay for a few days or just a night, this works.
