Buena ubicación. Desayuno completo y el personal de cocina son súper amables. Realmente muy buenos y atentos. Las ventanas de mi habitación estaban dañados el vidrio. No se miraba nada hacia afuera, muy lastimados. Las chicas de aseo bien amables y cuidadosas.

The pool didn’t look anything like the picture, it was Shallow and it looked dirty. We got a ground floor room and it smelled terrible and the beds looked old. Very misleading. Only plus was it was close to the airport but definitely not worth the $160 I paid for one night.

The room with the beds appeared nice visually. There was a bad smell in the carpeted room. Did not smell the odor in the bathroom.

Location to the venue. Beds were comfy. Layout of room. Staff was very friendly. Loved the free shuttle to the venue. 12 o clock checkout. Having to pay for breakfast when most hotels it is complimentary. Hotel rooms need upgrading, some older feel to it. Ceiling in bathroom was leaking.Price of the room was a little high.

It seemed a little outdated. Too much brown carpet, furniture. I hated the layout, it was a stinking maze just to find your room. We had taken our room card not realizing our room number was not on it, and when we returned we had to call the front desk to ask our room number, and was told they didn't have us registered. My husband trekked back down thru the fricking maze to the front desk to get our room number.
