Pros: - Kind and friendly staff. All the staff were so accommodating that they would do above and beyond to make you feel like home. Thank you. - Great location. It's near everything. - It's clean and quiet. - Bottles of water were provided as complimentary during our stay. Cons: - The bathroom needs a deep cleaning as there is a bit mold here and there.

The hotel is clean…..and staff was nice as specialist Ms Raman if not mistaken her name…… Room 3001 AIRCOND was brokend in the midnight…..and we was in hot condition for 1 night…. After we tell the receptionist immediately help us to change room

The breakfast is good with Indonesian traditional menu, but there is very little western menu and hotel doesn't have the good bread. There are much hairs on the bed, it seems the bed not clean enough. I asked the hotel to give us the clean one and they did it. The hotel towels are very damage with all the hole, WC towel also damage.

I like the location, the hospitable and friendly staff especially the lovely receptionists Belinda and Rahma. The breakfast buffet (60K Rp) is good. The room is spacious and cozy. I would definitely rebook. Nothing at all

Location is great, room is spacious and clean, staff is helpful AC is quite noisy and annoying, sandals is only one pair, tea and coffee in room is only one sachet each. Provide facilities for two guests please.
