I love the clean environtment We arrived at 1.50 pm and managed our booking. We waited for more than an hour just to check in to our room. There was no explaination about the late check in or the process. They didnt even offer apology or welcome drink. ???

The location of this hotel is great, near to the Mall of Indonesia and numerous recreational facilities. It has a great Bar (albeit expensive) and the Pool environment is nice albeit it basic. The breakfast was limited and not particularly interesting. Our room had no windows and when asked if we could change we could only change to a room with twin beds OR upgrading would cost more than what we paid for our original stay for just 2 nights! To that end staff where not helpful. Breakfast staff need to focus more. They enjoy their work a little too much and do not pay sufficient attention to the state of the food or the needs of customers.

Breakfast was quite simple. Next to the swimming pool. Taste good but not much variety considering the cist of breakfast is cheap. Fridge & hairdryer not available. They only provide liquid soap, no shampo & conditioner. I hope they read this comment & quickly provide these necessities to their customers in near future.
