Upon check in at midnight, was given the room key to a third-floor room. Elevator was not working, had to walk to the end of the hallway to climb two flights of stairs to then walk back to center of hallway, as our room was near the elevator. My husband wears a knee brace as he is scheduled for surgery next month for a knee replacement. He was in pain duing the walk to the room.

The staff was welcoming and friendly. Room was clean. Breakfast was good. Refilled the hot breakfast when low. Pool and hot tub was clean. The floor around the pool, hot tub area was clean.
