Reception was awesome. The only complaint is there was only 2 towels, 1 washcloth, there was 2 people staying in the room. I didn’t ask for more towels but next time I will and would definitely stay again.

The manager was great! She did a great job with some issues we had. You need to keep her around.

The manager Amanda was AMAZING. The lock wasn't working but she tried hard to fix it and tried to get other to fix it. Any issues she dealt with asap. She even noticed I was in a chair and switched our room to an accessible first floor room. She is a keeper.

Staff were kind and helpful. The facility was unacceptable, but the staff did their best of provide service in spite of the problems. Let's see: The key needed constant reauthorization, the TV was limited at best, there was no breakfast, even the staff could not get me into the exercise room, etc, etc.

Trash bags out side rooms, never picked up two days i stayed. Elevator didn't work and has on 3rd floor, only had few channels to watch.(1st night). (2nd night) no channel could be found..

The breakfast was delicious and had a lot of options for everyone. It would be great if they had the little prepackaged microwaveable pancakes or waffles That there weren’t smoking rooms available

Nothing to be completely honest. There’s no breakfast, no pool no hot tub. And the elevator broke with us in it! My room wasn’t ready even after booking this in advance. The ice machines were disgusting and leaking

The area, environmental, it is beautiful I love it. I will come back to the hotel sooner.

This was the worst hotel experience of our trip. The room had no smoke detector. The bathtub drain. Was full of hair. The trash cans had trash in them and we were charged considerably more than the reciept shows. There were water stains on the walls and missing outlet covers

The parking lot was empty and the hitel was tucked away behind others. The hotel was dated but fairly clean. The fan in the bathroom came on with the light it did not have a cover on it and was extremely loud. The shower had hot water and pressure but it would blow you out of the tub, the shower head needed to be replaced. One of the deciding factors of booking here was breakfast was included. There was no breakfast. The desk attendant stated the yogurt in the refrigerator was all they brought. The coffee was not good either. Would not stay here again.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Baymont motel. The continental breakfast was good. The maid service was good especially management maid service Miss shahida. I'll be staying there again every chance I get thank you all for the wonderful service.
