Convenient location. Spacious rooms. Friendly staff.

The bed was worn. The landscaping was unkept. Shower curtain was molded. And explain why the towels looked like my car towels? Such a dirty dark color gray??

The entrance has a slight grade so watch ur step. Staff was nice. Breakfast options were decent. Beds were soft. Personally didn't like the pillows. They were very soft. And 4 of them per bed.

The issues we had were the nasty smell in our room! We stayed in rooms 418 and 420. Both appeared nice and clean. Room 418 has a horrible odor. Best I can describe is wet Fritos and dog! My daughter thought the carpet felt damp. The kids were already in beds by the time I got up there so we stayed but anytime I woke in the night I had a hard time going back to sleep for the smell. Also, we went down in the morning for coffee and it was in the pump type canisters. It was only lukewarm and not good. Only one of the three of us drank it. Also, we couldn’t get waffles (what the kids wanted) because all the housekeeping ladies were making themselves plate fulls and taking them upstairs. I personally feel customers should have been prioritized. As we were loading to leave, I seen no one was in line at the waffle maker so I went to get our 2yo some to go. No one was around but the maker was closed and had 1:38 left. As I waited, the attendant came out and ask me if something was wrong. I said I was waiting to make a waffle but the machine is in use with no one around. She said oh, she (another worker) took a plate upstairs while these cook. She will be back! I waited like 3 mins looking impatient apparently, because the attendant came back and said she would remove them but seemed put out. I felt uncomfortable. 😳

I enjoyed my stay

Really liked the location and staff. It was clean, just very drab bordering on creepy. Slept well. No issues and very close to some restaurants. Breakfast wasn't great, wish there were better options.

The hotels towels looked clean, but after they were wet they where a dingy grey color.

We stayed there for the PBR NPI baseball tournament. While it wasn't terrible and location was good, the ice machine was not plugged in so I guess not working and no urgency to repair it. There were portable AC units in the hall way which was weird and they need to get a plumber in to clean out the p-traps because you can smell sewer gas especially when you run the faucet.

The hotel was clean and neat. My maid that I saw she helpful. The only problem or complaint is that the towels they provide were dingy as if they weren't being bleached. Didn't get the opportunity to report my concerns. I would stay there again.

It was in a good location right off the highway. It wasn’t very clean. The bedspread had stains and looked very dirty as did the bath towels.

We normally stay at hotel brands like Holiday Inn and Marriott and we will stick with them going forward no matter how much they cost because the issues we had was not on our list. The guy working that night did ALL he could to fix our issues but they had NO MAINTENANCE available to come help us. There’s more but, I wouldn’t stay here again ever

Absolutely disgusting room that smelled horrible of smoke. The pool was absolutely disgusting no way we would ever swim in it.
