Hotel was very clean, room was clean. WiFi was out. Front desk said Spectrum goes in and out. It was out all night and the next morning. Shower water pressure wasn't good. We didn't eat breakfast, but it looked and smelled good. Okay for an overnight stay.

I liked the shower and wash bowl being in with the toilet. Also, most everything was updated and clean. I feel it needed more amenities for basic hygiene.

You could not sleep with the noise. An alarm went off in my room. Staff said I could fix it. I would have had to move and climb furniture. I was told no maintenance was on staff. That was before 6, after being up from other noise most of the night.

It was okay. I am not sure why but I just expect better of a Hampton Inn. The breakfast was good. I appreciate having coffee available all day! There was never anyone available at the desk. I had to wait for someone to check me in. Upon leaving, there was no one around. There was a lady with 2 young girls hanging out by the elevator. I am not sure what they were doing. A bit later, the front deck lady was cleaning up a mess at the spot where they were hanging out. It was all so sketchy. It seemed the front desk employee was all alone taking care of everything and everyone. The coffee maker in the room didn't work. We couldn't get the TV to work either.

They told me my booking was took by someone else and wouldn’t give me a refund? I lost 230$ and got told “oh well”

This Hampton Inn was clean, very comfortable and convenient to a major highway. The staff was friendly, helpful an knowledgeable. The included breakfast was great & had a wide variety of breakfast foods. I enjoyed my stay very much and will be staying there again!

The breakfast could have been better. The waffle mix was watery, but there were other options. The parking felt safe and easy. The room was clean and smelt fresh. The beds are comfortable. I will stay here again.

The room was clean and comfortable. There could have been instructions on how to use the television. Two remotes but no instructions on how to use them. Couldn’t get the tv to work to watch anything.

Caulking and grout was coming out in the bathroom. Common eating area wasn’t very well cleaned. Staff was great, hotel itself just a little rundown.
