The room was clean. The staff in the morning were nice. I did think the $100.00 deposit which I understand you get back once they check the room you stayed in to make sure everything is okay. But between that and the $25.00 pet fee for every night you stay and add the room cost it was just to much money. I wouldn't have made the reservation there had I known all this. They need to put the deposit and pet fee amounts in there information. Not just have "a small fee may apply" It should read, Upon check in you will need your drivers license or a form of I.D and $100.00 deposit for the room which is refundable once you checkout. If you have a pet a $25.00 pet fee for each night you stay will also be added to the cost of the room that is nonrefundable.

Constant smell of cat litter that has never been changed or clean, rude staff, falling apart rooms and windows. Do not recommend.

Sheets were stained and hair on pillow cases also in shower. Toilet was loose from the wall. No hand soap available at sink. No Kleenex in container. I know it wasn’t on the high end of hotels but ANY should be clean.

The smell of marijuana in the hallways is terrible Could’ve used our room clean ones in the four nights we stayed there.

I paid $150 for this room and got a $40 roach motel experience. Truly horrendous. I want my money back.

Atrociously gross room, and very rude staff. I stay in Kent once a week for school and I will never come back to this place again.

The smell of cigarettes was so incredibly overwhelming in the building . It is dirty and very outdated. No closet or anything to hang clothes on, half of the receptacles didn’t work in the room and we had to get our key reprogrammed everytime we left the room.

Always a comfortable stay.

Room smelled like smoke and both room and bathroom had poor lighting.

The hotel smelled of cigarettes everywhere. During my stay, I requested that the room be cleaned and the towels changed, which never happened. The bed linens were stained, dirty, or poorly washed, and the room was poorly lit.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The staff was very friendly and accomidating. I liked the pre check in it made the day a lot easier with the college graduation etc.The breakfast was nice and a nice selection. the pillows smalled like cigarette smoke and it was a non smoking room. the door was a little tricky to get to release to let us in.

We were short on towels and toilet paper. The door key did not work at first . I had to make a few trips downstairs to get what we needed. Over all it was clean and beds were good . Just check what you need before you get stated. We had 3 people registered for the room and only two sets of towles
