Everything about the stay was very nice. First the deposit is better value here than anywhere else. Second the people who work here are kind and very helpful. The first person who helped me was a younger woman who was at the front desk before her boss a older woman came to finish helping with my check in. She was so kind and informative. She gave us a disability room since my mom has a bit difficulty walking. The rooms are spacious and look more up to date than most hotels in the area. Cleaner than most hotels in the area too. Peaceful no one bothering or playing loud music outside. Its so clean outside and in the rooms. The AC is super cooling so I recommend putting it in 74 or just leave it off. Its so cold its really good for hot days though. They have a nice pool. Will definitely be staying here again. 😌 My mom loved it. They also have a laundry room on site prices are better here than actual laundromats. They have seating outside for smokers to not have to stand. Its all very good. Multiple buildings no need for second floors or stairs.

The location The room didn't look nowhere near the pictures. Place was ran down and real shabby.

This place is not clean. Never staying here again. It’s old as well

A deposit is paid when you enter and they tell you that it will be returned when the stay ends, but it is false they do not return the deposit.

No breakfast, location good Rooms were not up to standard, little bugs crawling on sink, roach in room. When I first got there it smelled like nothing but bleach. Tub was horrible

Not so much. 20 us for latte check in after 11 pm , since we came to Disney, so It was very obvious. The facilities were olé and unattractive. In the middle of the night, the police came to remove someone from the next room , it was quite disturbing and stressful Very loud, is next to avenue, bad sound aislation

The door looked like it wasnt shut all the way very scary. Didnt use the room much but to sleep. No blankets just one sheet. Parts of the floor felt like it was gonna fall through. No batteries in the remote so had to change channel by hand. And i never recieved my deposit back. Like i said hardly stayed in the room. Went and slept left before sun even came up.

It is an old property, it was clean however the overwhelming amount of outside cats has the whole place smelling of cat spray, the room had beds and hot water and mini fridge that we used. Other than that don't get your hopes up Exposed wires Hanging and the smell of cat spray

Close to restaurants and to i4 People living there with their kids screaming and the room wasn't what was advertised. Holes in the walls no linen to wash or dry off my body. Had to buy my own linen .no bucket for ice. No table to sit at to eat. Barely room lighting,the door was locked but I could see people walking by or standing in front of the room at times and the room smelled like marijuana smoke. I asked to be moved to another room but they said they didn't have any other space.

Very nice, cute hotel. They were quick and reliable when it came to a fix needed in the room. I give them a A+
