Excellent breakfast and friendly staff

Specially the attention you receive from all the staff breakfast was good in special the guys who welcome the Gus’s in the breakfast are his espectacular

It didn’t quite look like what photos make you think. The amenities were perfect for kids, lots of activities to do and a huge play area. The room was a bit dated, and we found signs of mold on the walls and in the bathroom. It didn’t feel the cleanest. Overall just ok, but good price compared to what’s around. The breakfast was very good, and staff were very friendly.

However, the cleanliness of the rooms was disappointing. I found human hair on the bed sheets and towels, which is unacceptable. In addition, the toilet was not functioning properly during our stay. Another negative aspect is that they do not provide basic personal hygiene items, such as toothpaste. This is not mentioned anywhere in the property information. When we asked at the lobby, they offered a small hygiene kit for $11 that included a tiny tube of toothpaste, barely enough for one person. In my opinion, this is overpriced and feels like a rip-off. While the property is very comfortable and family-friendly, the lack of cleanliness and attention to basic guest needs takes away from the overall experience and leaves a lot to be desired.

All the things for the kids , friendly staff The AC unit and they charged my card for all three of the bookings I had for three separate rooms for three separate people that was to pay at the property. This is actually the second time we've stayed at the property and the first time we had the mechanic come down and fix our AC which didn't get very cold and even after he fixed it it still didn't get very cold and then we just left today and we had three separate rooms different from the first one we had and all three of our rooms didn't get cold enough. Most everyone likes to sleep in a cold room. I realize this is an old hotel that has been fixed up and it is really an awesome place that I would consider coming to stay at again especially with how old my kids are but the owners really need to invest in new AC units for all of the rooms because it's just too hot in Florida to have a room that doesn't get cold and although it reads 60 on the thermostat I had a thermometer with me this time just to make sure and it didn't get under 73 degrees In the room even though the thermostat stated it was "60" -.-

Good location Breakfast was very limited. Waffle kept sticking to the maker despite spraying the non-stick liquid. Found a roach in my shower and the toilet had a dark scratch that didn’t wipe off. Only tolerate because it was in a good area

Don’t judge a book by its cover! Once you walk into this hotel the lobby is beautiful, the rooms are clean and comfortable. And the breakfast set up is absolutely fantastic. Well worth the price!

El hotel está en una buena área Serca de los parques y de muchos restaurantes de todo tipo Serca de supermercados realmente la ubicación es muy buena la limpieza del hotel es muy buena las habitaciones son limpias y acondicionadas para la visión de los niños realmente los hacen sentir en un mundo de niños tienen un parque de recreación grande para niños la pisicina es muy linda el desayuno que ofrece el hotel es muy bueno y completo y por largo tiempo el personal es muy amable servicial y carismático, me sorprendió mucho el precio del hotel con todo lo que ofrece y el aspecto del hotel realmente lo recomiendo me sentí cómoda y mis niños a la hora del desayuno salió un minion bailando y compartiendo con los niños realmente son muy lindos con los niños si quieres ahorrar dinero como yo pero hospedarte en un buen hotel lo recomiendo 100% no le envía nada a otros hoteles aunque la habitaciones no son gigantes pero son buenas y tienen todo lo que uno necesita

The room was clean and the family friendly activities was a plus. Even the breakfast was a added touch and convenient.

Family friendly and clean. Lots of bleach Construction workers near the pool. I understand thinks needs repairs but was a big work done during our stay
