Margaritaville Cottages Orlando by Vstays with H2O Waterpark

2 coffee makers but no filters. Also had to buy extra TP.

The cottage was wonderful. Stocked with everything you need just bring your food, drink and toilet paper! The cottage we stayed at was a perfect location just 5 minute walk to the amazing pool complex. The resort is great. Planning on going back soon.

However, if you purchase cocktails from the pool bars be prepared to pay a high tax rate plus a mandatory 20% tip added to your bill. That was a bit of a shock!

Great property and the house was excellent

We had an amazing vacation and would highly recommend this place to others! Definitely plan to return!

The only thing we didn’t love was the hot tub has zero privacy. Step up and pick the ones with their own pool. They do have a shuttle if you don’t have your own car to get from the lobby to the cottages however everything is really easy to walk to. There’s a target, Ross and TJ Maxx we walked to.

The cheapest and lowest quality toiletries you could possibly get. One roll of toilet paper on the holder and one back up for 5 days with 6 people. It was like wiping with a whisper. Bar soap for washing hands was the size of a communion wafer. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash was only good for one person for one day as long as you were quick enough to catch it before it slid through your fingers. One dishwashing pod, one laundry pod and two total trash bags for 5 days. Went to the front desk asking for more and was told they do not provide additional if we run out. However, it clearly states on the Expedia amenities list that toiletries free. They definitely need to clarify only enough for one day. Thank god Target is only a 12 minute walk. The maids started knocking on our door at 8:50am when check out was at 10am. When we answered they said take as long as you need while they circled the front door steps like vultures until 10am. Overall we made of the best it and wish we knew to be better prepared. Hopefully this review will help others.

The Vstays front desk personnel leave a lot to be desired. We needed more towels for 5 guest. The front desk fought me all the way. Then a funny looking spot above the shower head was discover. In close up pictures it WAS NOT a screw, but when questioned about it being a camera, the maintenance personnel painted over it. Then we had a water leak from the AC. Water all over the floor. Marks on the ceiling. What a first day. We were offered compensation for the inconvenience, but it never appeared. Margaritaville cottages are nice, but rent from Margaritaville, not VStays!

Ready to go back same place. I recommend 100%

Everything was excellent, except the pool definitely needed maintenance and cleaning.

Great property thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Me and my fiancé got a cottage just for me and him and it was beautiful! It made us feel like we were at home with all the amenities we also cooked a home made meal they had all the pans, plates, etc.. we did have to rewash current stuff there was still food on them from who knows when. Also one of the pillow sheets were really dirty we just removed it. Other than that everything was amazing also we loved the H2O water park! We mostly differently will be back !
