Excellent front desk service; the room smells old carpet and the bathroom was not perfectly clean; good location for visiting Disney parks.

Terrible decision, might have bedbugs. Very noisy during the night.

Stayed two nights. Simple basic rooms. Nice and clean. I’d give 5 stars except for when I arrived. I walked in, it was late there was no other customers around or in front of me. Two men who worked there were behind the desk. One was I think a manager.. neither acknowledged me as I stood there, didn’t even look up . They both completely ignored me. Then after a min or two the other worker said he would be right with me. Mind you I’m standing square in front of the manager and computer, who still didn’t even look up. Very rude I feel. If you are busy with a task ok, but acknowledge your customer that you see them and will be helping them.

Staff was very friendly at check in. Rooms where clean..breakfast was good.

The property was okay not the best and not the worst either.

The people ate always great!! No towels by the pool.

The pool area is very good, except for the restrooms. The room wasn't clean—it was actually very dirty and smelled musty; the air conditioner was blowing out dust, the bathroom doors had mold on them, and the floor was filthy.

First off chair and carpet in room was very dirty didn’t sit or walk on floors without shoes. Then room service cleaned room and left door open I reported it but was instead asked how was it left open. Unbelievable. Then said they needed to know cause it was a serious accusation. It doesn’t matter how the door didn’t need a card to open. The beds were comfortable

Cleanliness is very important and here is super and the room is very spacious and the breakfast is delicious. I recommend it.

Would never recommend. One of the worst stays I've ever experienced. Not only were the rooms; Yes, ROOOMS, infested with roaches. It was poorly cleaned and there was even blood stains on the bed. The only good review I can give was the staff on site were professional and nice by accommodating me with another room. As well as apologizing for the inconveniences. Other than that, worst place to stay.
