Great place relaxing

This resort is a great get away the rooms was great but the bed wasn't need to be replaced but over all we will come back

Very nice resort, but will try to sell you on the timeshare stuff for your parking pass. Very pleasant stay and close to lots of resturants and things to do.

Needs an update and needs to be more modern

Property is amazing, the staff is very friendly and check in process was easy. First time here and I will definitely come back.

Amenities were very good. Getting pool towels was complicated. Would have been nice to be able to get recreational equipment before 9am.

I love the environment the people the pool the room I was in nice and clean tub overall I will be back

Rooms were ok, but property is very dated. Beds were old and creaky. Will not be visiting again.

There were so many activities and things to do in the resort.

I really enjoyed my stay at Silver Lake Resort. The resort was clean, comfortable, and family-friendly. I loved the peaceful atmosphere, spacious accommodations, and convenient location near the attractions. The staff was welcoming and helpful, and there were plenty of activities for everyone to enjoy. It was the perfect place to relax and make wonderful memories with my family. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it to others. I loved everything!!

Resort is great and price is great as well. I did the time share sales presentation and it was a well-rehearsed 3 hours. Three different sales people tried to get me to buy. Was told it was 90-120 minutes but was an hour longer. I was also offered a huge "discount" if I bought today and only today. That was a major turnoff. Last guy claimed he was taking a survey but was really making a last pitch. Was noticeably upset when I declined. I received a gift card for $100 and a 7 night stay at one of their resorts, but don't know yet if there are any conditions.

Furniture could do with updating. Would be nice to have room cleaned but this comes with a charge and you have to request clean bedding and sheets and change everything yourself.

Loved everything it was excellent

The staff was very nice and helpful with questions until I was asked to take a tour of the grounds, and declined. That was when the staff became rude

The property was exceptionally quiet and well maintained. We did not have any issues and everything was perfect! There was nothing not to love!

been seven days there with no Air conditioner I go the reservation there they sent me sam guy to the fix it but they don’t fix it
