Love this hotel me and my family always stay here

Superb

Location was great! Close to Disney which is why we booked. Good amount of fast food and restaurants very close! Free parking and free breakfast was a great deal. Breakfast was good! Make your own Belgian waffles, 2 different cereals, sausages, “eggs” (terrible by the way) toast, yogurt cups , bananas, apples, cookies, churros, and Brazilian bread. Great amount of seating and comfortable. Breakfast is from 7-10am. Pool is 8am-11pm which is a great time. We didn’t use the Polk but went to look at ot on our last morning and it wasn’t superrrr clean but it wasn’t very dirty either. Great size but just a basic designed pool. A few tables and chairs. No shade or umbrellas though. Great place for the price!!! And especially if you just want something affordable to use your money to do activities or other things. If you’re looking for a vacation or stay cation kind of vibe? I wouldn’t choose this as you can find something a bit nicer for you to spend your time there and still get free breakfast or opt out of that and just get a more resort style designed pool and activities there. Overall I give it a 8/10!!! No big complaints at all. So totally our fault but however, we went to bed around 11pmand had to be up around 6:30 to get ready for Disney. My husband fell asleep and left his Chik Fil A empty fry box and his half eaten chicken sandwich on top of the desk. When I woke up and went to throw it away, there was a very small roach inside of the empty fry container. I know we left food out and that likely attracted it but I would’ve rather seen a bunch of ants. A roach means there are others and they are in the building in general. We leave food out other places or even at home for a few hours and don’t return to roaches. Not a HUGE deal as we didn’t see any others but we also were at Disney all day both days and only showered and slept there for the 2 days. Place is not dirty at all and had a nice overall look.

Good choices for breakfast. The area was nice and quiet but close enough to Disney, Celebration, Old Town etc. Everything was a short drive away which was great. Room and bathroom were huge and modern. Plenty of parking and liked all the brochures at the door to help find activities to do The shower curtain was hard to close due to the slope in the rail and the lamp shades were a little stained.

It’s clean, very nice facilities. Good value! It is far from the Main Street. So walk is not an option to get a meal around.

Breakfast limited selection pretty much same items everyday and the cups for drinks were extremely small The pool had just got cleaned during my stay so we didn't get to enjoy the pool at all, looks like it had been down all year, had to change rooms the first night cause of caulk on the bathroom wall, floors were peeling up, carpet was stained with some weird residue

Excellent and value for money Laundry service is needed for coins and the front office is not 24 hours

Great time. Front desk staff was fantastic. We had a family emergency and she was just so helpful. So appreciative to the hotel. The room was large clean and very nice

Its location is near to disney world, the pantry staff were hospitable and accommodating
