Better cleaning overall

The water park opens late and closes early

We checked in around 9:00 PM. It was raining, and we were tired from traveling. As soon as we entered the first room, we saw several roaches and bugs on the floor. My daughter and I are very afraid of bugs, so we were unable to feel comfortable or sleep in that room. I went back to the front desk, and they gave us another room. Unfortunately, when we arrived there, we found another bug. My husband killed it, and we tried to rest since it was already around midnight. The next morning, we decided to check out early because we did not feel comfortable staying in the hotel. We were unable to enjoy our stay and left well before completing even 24 hours of our reservation. Due to the unsanitary conditions and the presence of bugs in multiple rooms, I would like to request a refund for the unused portion of my stay.

Is an old hotel, is not in good condition. The relation price confort is not good.

We have stayed at this hotel many times, it is very convenient to an annual horse show we attend. The pool and water slides are a nice change to just a standard pool, the rooms are large and allow us to spread out a bit. The beds are pretty comfortable, linens could use some updating, and in general they are pretty clean. There are large gaps under the doors and the bathroom, particularly the tube could really use some attention- rust stains from leaking faucets. The “free breakfast” could have been a nice perk, but it was pretty awful. However the value for the money in the area is a no brainer, great deal and we will certainly continue to stay there. The staff is always excellent

My family and I absolutely loved this hotel.... It was cute and there were things for all of us to enjoy. No it's not super fancy but it is exactly what we were looking for .. Don't believe everything you read in the reviews. It was a wonderful place

Bugs crawling in the room. Waterpark was very run down with broken parts including broken concrete in the kiddie area. The middle yellow/red slide is broken due to cracks. So only two of the slides are currently working. The breakfast was disgusting and enough to make people sick. Moldy bread stale coffee and chunky coffee creamer. Total waste of a free breakfast. Don’t waste your time or summer vacation like we did and just stay somewhere else

The shower fixtures were broken, no stoppers for bathtub. Shower head was broken at the wall. Mattress was very uncomfortable. Water park was awesome. Staff was very helpful.

Family Friendly, good place for the kids.

The pool was decent & fairly clean. The hot tub looked like it needed a cleaning so we did not use it. We did not use the lazy river as it was over crowded, but it looked as clean as the pool. Water slides looked fun & we did see a lot of kids using them. Included breakfast was definitely not great (pretty much just biscuits & cereal). Coffee creamer was curdled and the coffee tasted bad, so plan to go out for breakfast every evening. The attached restraint was not open during our stay, but we did order food from the Tiki bar one evening & that was not bad, pretty much standard hotel food. Arcade area looked fun & had a decent number of games to play, but we did not use them Walking around the hotel, we did notice that a lot of rooms had been remodeled with hardwood floors & some had what looked like updated & cleaner dressers & beds so it is possible we just got unlucky this trip on room selection

Lazy river

The idea of the Waterpark at the hotel The pools are old and need to be resurfaced, the slides leaks are causing sudden stops while on the ride. The hot tub needs deep cleaning. The lady running the bar by the bathroom at the pool put up a sign and was gone for 30 minutes it's with no replacement server. Waterpark bracelets constantly fall off. The game room does not reward the tickets back to the card all the time. The vending machine that gives you the card took our money.But did not give us a card. We had to wait overnight to get our money on a card for games. The bunk beds in our suite did not have blankets and they were hard. Only a top sheet to cover up with. No one came to our room to clean anything, or sweep or make the beds or change the towels during your entire five day stay. When we asked the guy in the hall if we could use his broom and dust pan for a minute, he instructed us to call housekeeping. The continental breakfast was basically cereal and boiled eggs. One day , they served pancakes and one day they served biscuits and gravy with it. The juice is watered down at breakfast.Even my grandkids noticed. We stopped going after the second day and ordered food to our room from an outside source. The pool was full people that were not guests at all, one day there was a whole youth group. The water park opened later and later and closed frequently. The stairs and hall floors could use pressure washing. There is a weird smell in the game room, maybe some automatic spraying air fresheners?

The room was dirty. It stunk in the room. We did not have a bath mat, so hopefully we don’t get charged for one. We went and solely booked because of the waterpark part and all of the slides were down. not to mention their complementary breakfast was only biscuits or pancakes with boiled eggs.

This would have been a great property and stay if the waterpark was actually open. We got here and they were closing. The next day, they did not open until 11 and since we paid for it we wanted to at least use the facility for an hour. Then we found out the slides don’t open until 2 pm but we didn’t want to waste another two hours. Disappointed with the water park hours.
