Best Western Plus Knoxville Cedar Bluff

We had a great stay. Breakfast was good, with many options. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Room was clean, bed was hard,air conditioning was very loud, complained to staff was told sorry nothing they could do, didn't offer to move us or any discount. Do not reccommend this hotel.

The only complaint would be that the vending machine on our floor was out of order, but we didn’t need it anyway.

Location, friendly staff, good breakfast. Very clean. Very overpriced for the facility. Prices inflated due to UT GRADUATION Weekend. We were attending a family funeral. If prices had not been so inflated all over town would have extended stay for another night to visit with grieving family members.

Hotel is a little dated but just what we needed, was clean and had a great breakfast with both hot and cold options. Also situated with restaurants and many stores around. Along with freeway quick access. All staff we came in contact with were great. Would definitely stay here again if and when in the area.

You get what you pay for. It was perfect for a place to sleep, but not a luxury hotel. We were mainly busy and the location was great for going between West town mall and Turkey Creek.

The staff was super friendly The place was really dirty looking and unappealing. One of the ceiling tiles in the hallway was leaking and eventually fell off while we were there. The breakfast wasn’t great.
