The entire experience was fantastic. The employees were very helpful, and everything was clean and tidy. The breakfast which was included was excellent.

It was clean and nice. The only issue was the sink was clogged. Front desk said to push the plunger to lift it up, but it was already up.

It was a large room with extra room and full size fridge, clean, good breakfast. No utensils provided in the little kitchenette. Also, sort of difficult to find bc on Booking.com it was called Hawthorn Extented stay, but the place is actually signed as La Quinta.

Hotel was nice and clean, and breakfast was good. Location was a little far from downtown Knoxville, but that's ok.

Very convenient to the interstate and only a couple of miles to restaurants At check in, the nearest elevator to the lobby was out of order but the second elevator at the other end of the hall worked. Just means we got in a few extra steps which was no big deal.

Room very clean and staff great. The kitchen clean but did not know or was not told that we had to ask for the cooking pots and plates to the kitchen. I just assumed that it would be there like any other kitchenette I stay. Overall, everything was excellent.So was the young lady serving the breakfast?I have no complaints will be staying in the near future
