The location was great for the area that we were visiting in regards to getting around. The property itself was a touch outdated but it appears they've recently tried to update some of it after changing names. The water pressure could use a little work, but wasn't unacceptable. The vending machine was down, and they did not have a hotel owned kitchen/convenience station to purchase drinks from. I will say that the blackout curtains and A/C were both outstanding, perfect for hibernating when you enter for the evening. The beds were good as well, slept like newer mattresses. Would stay at again.

Easy to get to and nice staff. Breakfast was also delicious Very warm in lobby and in our room. We were able to lower the thermostat to cool it down eventually.

Exceptional

The lobby smelled a little when I walked in but the room was freshly cleaned and was a nice place to stay.

Mobility accessible room is fine, but the bathroom door is a “barn door” type- it was very hard to open and close. Otherwise, it was a very nice stay

Was ok for one night. Room was small and very humid, even with air on. Air conditioner was a bit noisy. Left side of bed had a metallic noise every time my husband moved. (Maybe a loose spring or something loose underneath bed) Water pressure was horrible! But, it was quiet and bed, pillows, etc., comfortable and clean. Slept good. Nice tv. Breakfast ok, typical hotel breakfast. Seemed like a safe area. Close to highway and stores/restaurants.

Good breakfast...

I tried to bathe but the water was so slow coming out of the faucet I was only able to get about 2” of water in the tub after 5+ minutes of running the water. The tub also drained about as quickly. Ice machines were broken except on the main floor. The walls were so thin you could hear people talking on our floor from multiple rooms. The bathroom lighting was so dark it would have been impossible if I had needed to apply any makeup. We skipped breakfast because neither of us felt comfortable eating food that was prepared there. Floors were gross, windows were grimy. In general it was a pretty bad experience. It was definitely not worth the $50 we saved by staying here.

Good stay and quality service

I liked that they provided breakfast. The internet seemed to be extremely slow to the point that it was nearly unuseable. The TV function was impossible so I could rarely find any channel and could not figure out how to choose a channel from the guide. The parking lot was being resurfaced so half of it was closed off and there were not really enough spaces for guests. Some of the parking spaces were on a significant incline that I did not feel comfortable parking there with my rental vehicle.

The fitness center, machines did not operate properly. The water dispenser was not functioning. The room sink water was at very low pressure.

Everything about the hotel was great. The room was absolutely spotless. The breakfast was delicious and the staff so helpful.

Bad: AC is kind of noisy (but effective), bathroom door is one of those sliding barn doors that does not really keep in smells or sounds, no soap dish, no trash can in bathroom Bottom line: great balance of low price with comfortable stay. I would go back if I needed a hotel in the Knoxville area
