My room was mostly alright. The only issues for me were in the bathroom. The shower curtain rod had become somewhat dislodged because a screw on one side was nearly completely unscrewed. I did alert the front desk about the issue during checkout. Also, no ventilation fan in the bathroom. And, the ceiling near the window needs attention.

Only stayed for one night while passing through. Hotel room was clean, bed was comfortable, staff was courteous and that's all I could ask for.

Staff was nice, especially front desk. It was cheap so I guess you get what you pay for.

The room smelled faintly of smoke when we walked in. it was large and roomy, but the bed was uncomfortable and we couldn't find a hair dryer in the room. We've stayed at other RRI's in the past and always had a good stay. We probably won't be using this one again.

Out dated!!! The hallway reeked of smoke and dog. No elevator. Banister for stairs in main lobby were sticky. Fixtures in bathroom were loose or broken. Coffee maker in room was missing brew basket.

Staff was very friendly and worked hard to solve issues. I really did not want to leave a negative review because the front desk staff treated me very professionally and genuinely tried to help solve the issues I experienced. When I first checked into my room, there was a very strong urine smell immediately upon entering. I notified the front desk, and without any hassle, I was moved to another room. Unfortunately, the second room also had a strong urine odor. Again, the employee was professional, apologetic, and worked hard to accommodate me by moving me to a room on the opposite side of the property. At first, I thought the issue had finally been resolved, but when I pulled back the curtains in the third room, I discovered what appeared to be a bed bug along with blood stains on the clean sheets. That completely changed the situation for me. I want to be clear that the front desk employee handled everything professionally and courteously throughout the experience, and this review is not directed at them personally. However, I do feel future guests should be aware, because bed bugs are a very serious issue that can easily be brought back home.

The King Suite was nice and spacious with plenty of closet and storage space for 2 adults. The fridge and microwave worked just fine (we didn’t use the coffee maker). There was a nice desk and chair that actually came in very handy while I was working on making a flower arrangement for my niece’s graduation. The sofa was comfortable enough to sleep on while my husband was snoring in the main bedroom, and I appreciated that I could close the bedroom door when needed. Also, I was so glad to find an extra blanket tucked away in the bottom drawer of the living room dresser. We could hear a dog barking while we were in the hallway opening our door, but we couldn’t hear any noise from outside once we were in the room with the door closed. We’ve stayed at much fancier and much more expensive hotels, but for the price of around $100 a night, this place was more than satisfactory! We’d consider staying here again if we needed to! The only issue we really had was the lack of an elevator. Also, having a light breakfast option would have been nice, but we knew when we booked that there was no breakfast provided. However, we didn’t realize there was not an elevator when we booked. Thankfully, there are only two floors, but I might have requested a first floor room had we known about the lack of elevator.

Returning customer, Manager and staff are awesome!! Very professional and accommodating. My second stay in the same room! Extremely clean, smelled awesome! Comfy bed, sleep even better than my previous stay. Definitely will stay again. Thank you Red Roof Staff Wish they offered breakfast.

Twice I stayed, two years apart and it's showing its age. Seems clean but lacks in overall cleanliness. Beds need replacing, sheets weren't totally clean, pillows are uncomfortable and carpets need cleaning. There are way too many employee areas and lots to be remodeled. Staff is generally nice but they don't seem to appreciate being productive and parking in the covered area that's for unloading and loading for customers.

If you need a place to lay your head for less than 125 a night Booking.com reviews didn't match the actual website reviews. I learned this the hard way
