Came in and had to ask about deposit fee and answered my questions went to get cash and by the time I got back had everything ready and was very quiet

Needed a bed for 8 hours on a road trip. Room had a strong musty smell. Breakfast was coffee out of an enclosed machine with a push button and a muffin. Room was dated, mattress sucked.

Absolutely one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. This property is NOTHING like the photos or reviews shown online. The entire hotel felt dirty, neglected, unsafe, and poorly maintained from the moment we arrived. We booked two rooms while traveling with a young child, and we genuinely did not feel safe staying here. The “continental breakfast” advertised online was laughable — a pile of cheap packaged honey buns and mini muffins sitting beside an old juice machine. The pool looked abandoned and appeared as though it had not been functional in years. The rooms themselves were disgusting: Mold growing down the bathroom doorframe Sticky substances on furniture and surfaces Cigarette odor in a NON-smoking room Cigarette burns in the blankets Cobwebs and bugs in corners Water underneath the bed Chipped paint and damaged walls Broken duct-taped drawers Exposed electrical wiring hanging from the wall Stained lamps and damaged tubs My friend’s bathroom door looked partially shattered from being previously kicked in The biggest safety concern was the room doors. Neither our door nor our friends’ door would properly latch or lock unless you slammed your entire body weight into them. Traveling with a toddler, this was terrifying. There also appeared to be almost no visible security monitoring around the property. To make matters worse, I requested a crib through Booking.com and received confirmation that the request was approved. At check-in we were told a crib would be brought to our room. It never came. When we called later, another employee rudely informed us they “don’t have cribs and never have.” Then came the billing nightmare. We were charged far more than the original quoted reservation amount, and it took FIVE DAYS of fighting to finally get our deposits returned. This property was severely misrepresented online and should not have the rating it currently has.

Breakfast was the pits, not worth your time. Staff were helpful checking in, and absent on check-out. The location was quite helpful for our travel purposes. I had better breakfast choices at a Quality Inn for less cost!

The location worked well, as I was just passing through Bed bugs, burn holes in the bedding, hair in the sink, bodily fluids on the bed and chair. The vent on the ac unit was caked with dust and we couldn’t get it to turn off. This was easily the worst place I’ve ever stayed in. This room, and if there are more like them should not be available to book. The hotel should have an inspection done. They should not be allowed to charge people for a room that’s not fit for a human being. Doors wouldn’t close right, the chair had stains, the furniture looked like something you’d pick up out by someone’s curb. No exaggeration here, it was that bad

The place was old and rundown. The bedspread and blanket had cigarette burn holes. The bathtub had a leaky faucet that dripped all night. The air conditioner was noisy. The breakfast was just grab and go. I went by the rating on the booking website when I made a reservation and don't feel it' was accurate for my experience anyway.
