No ironing board in room.

The property was clean, however, it smelled like old soggy linens. The breakfast was nonexistent. The bathroom did not have body wash. There were not enough bath towels.

Rooms are always super clean, just wish they could refill the conditioner In the showers

Shampoo, conditioner, and body gel were empty before and throughout the whole stay, stale cereal in the lobby, no restocking of milk for cereal, toilet was clogged the whole stay from only a couple pieces of toilet paper, TV was not link to Internet the whole stay, and failed to link multiple times, room phone did NOT work, but everything else was perfect, comfortable bed, soft warm covers, microwave, etc. thanks for the stay!

Clean room

The staff is very nice love the fact that my dog got to stay for free.

It was very nice and clean, I saw some reviews about bugs but I didn’t see any my entire stay!! My only complaint is the bathtub would creak everytime I moved in it but it was better than I was expecting! Definitely recommend

It was good for a quick stay while we travel

There was no hair dryer. I found that out at 10pm after i took a shower. Called the front desk i was told they have no hair dryers in the hotel. Also the housekeeper tried busting in the room at 915 am. Checkout is at 11 and i had the do not disturb sign out. When we left the room at 1015 he was standing outside our room leaned against the wall waiting for us to leave. The beds are super hard.

Firstly, the ice machine did not work, and the hallway was uncomfortably hot. When I arrived to my double room, the keycard lock did not work, the AC did not work and it smelled of feces. The manager on duty, Priti, politely moved us to another room with a single king bed. After having been in the room 3 hours, the TV suddenly turned off and would not work anymore. Priti came up and tried to fix it to no avail. She informed us they had no more rooms available and left it at that. We decided to leave and when we asked for a refund, Priti smiled and told us "no" and that was it. No apology, no empathy, no effort to make it right: a flat "no" and a smile. Would not recommend staying here. It was actually rather clean minus the smell of the first room.

Not good and not recommend to stay this hotel

Nobody at desk for 20 minutes on check in. Hotel under massive renovation, nothing on web mentioned. Roaches in room. Pillows flat. Towels etc old and ragged. Mismatched soaps and shampoos, looked like left overs. Only stayed one night, yet maid service entered room and woke me at 8, 9, and 10am to clean room. On check out they couldn’t find my reservation.

It was like bring new

Toilet ran all night, hallway was very hot with the windows open, bed was stiff I didn’t sleep very good.

The lady at the front desk was friendly, room was very clean and the bed was comfy. Big closet, comfy chair and two mini fridges. Nice quiet stay.

easy to get too from 146 into Laporte multiple food and groceries { KROGER } available safe super clean good deal!!!

I like the location. I didn’t liked that the room was dirty and smelled like cigarettes. At the check out time the staff it was rude. I certainly not coming back
