The room was clean, the water was hot, and even though the hotel was completely booked we didn’t hear any noise from other rooms.

Very clean, staff pleasant, helpful. For the higher cost of stay, should offer continental breakfast and coffee.

Room was stocked for one person, we were two. Called the desk and they told us they were only person on duty and that we could come and get the rest ourselves. Hotel resturant was closed after 0930. Looked nice, was big, but for my part worthless.

The rooms AC unit was great and the doorway was a good enough size to get my family members wheelchair through. The staff was lovely and very kind and was very accommodating to my family members mobility issues and the overall look of the facility was great. The bathroom floor was sticky and had some left over hair it appeared from the previous guest. The bed was not very comfortable which was disappointing when spending 500 dollars for two nights. There was no utensils in the kitchenette. 4.50 for a water bottle is way to much even major attractions in area don't charge that much for water. Many other guests children were yelling outside rooms or knocking on doors and running away.

The front desk was amazing!! We started out in a fantastic room but unfortunately due to some disturbances next to us, the hotel moved us at 11pm our first night. They tried to solve the issue first but had us moved within 15 minutes. We truly appreciated their help and level of customer service. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend them to people.
