James the concierge was phenomenal! He helped us secure concert tickets for the Smith Performing Arts Center and had great restaurant recommendations. Both bartenders in the lounge- Faria and Tawny- were fun, friendly and exceptional!

Worth it- we will be back and staying here. As a family, it was more than I expected and my family loved it.

This is a beautiful new hotel with a great breakfast in the morning. The pool is also really nice and the bar / dining area is expansive

I liked that complimentary breakfast. It was very basic but It was exactly what we needed to start the day. The staff was friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. For some reason when we were at the pool, there was a terrible sewer smell. It would waft all throughout the area and was very unpleasant and made it hard to be near the pool.

Great hotel to have downtown. I was surprised that something so nice could exist next to Fremont. I drive by Element on my way to work every day. I never noticed how nice it was. The front desk is helpful. The room was big and had a little kitchen. The fridge was huge. The free breakfast was simple but delicious. I didn't have eggs but I ate from the yogurt bar. They had a good amount of toppings. I would definitely stay here again for my next staycation. It's close enough to enjoy the good ol Fremont energy but but far enough to get some quiet sleep.

It’s a beautiful, new hotel. I was very excited about my stay. Until I turned the lights off to sleep and could hear every voice, every door slam, every footstep down the hall. I ended up getting about 4 hours of sleep before a big conference. For night 2 of my stay I ended up getting earplugs and putting towels under the door to try and block out the noise. It’s a shame so little was invested in the door area which lets noise in like a sieve. A hotel should number one provide a good nights sleep and this didn’t deliver.

The bathroom had someone else’s hair still in the shower, there were what appeared to be boogers and scuff marks on the wall next to the bed. Not the standard you expect when checking into a hotel. The biggest frustration was the toilet — it never worked properly for all four days of our stay. Maintenance did come to address it, but they never actually cleaned the toilet afterward, nor did they leave us anything to clean it ourselves. We were forced to use the main building restroom the entire trip, which was a major inconvenience. A few other things worth noting: we were never told about a $15 room credit at check-in, and only found out on day three — too late to use it. We were also never informed at the time of booking that parking would be an additional $35 per day. Between the parking charges, a $150 deposit, and the $380 room cost, over $700 was held on our card at one point. That kind of financial hold needs to be clearly disclosed upfront. To their credit, the hotel did end up comping the parking and resort fee, which we appreciated. But overall, the cleanliness issues and lack of transparency with fees made it difficult to enjoy what could have been a really nice stay

Joana who checked us in was awesome. Very pleasant and very accommodating.

We booked a suite with 2 rooms and when we got there, they could only give us one room. Hotels.com had faulty advertising and we did not get the room we paid for. We will not be booking through this app again
