Was charged a resort fee when the pool slide is closed . Honestly it was the only reason I stayed there do to my kids

We went there to swim and was not told the slide has been down for one year was very disappointing and also the pool closed at 6 PM n/a

The adult only pool and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The noise at 8am in the morning by a work crew working somewhere in the hotel. The shark tank closed as well as the slide was closed. Enjoyed the St.Troy lounge but told a different story once inside regarding drinks.

Just really upset that you come and said this hotel for the pool and the Shark Tank is gone and they answer that you get from everybody it’s just ridiculous

I only have one recommendation. For your elderly patrons, it would be nice to have a few benches in the LONG hallways.

Everything was great and convenient for our party we were attending. The staff was very helpful.

I updated my room was supposed to be a Fremont street view was not a Fremont Street view. It was the top of a roof. Front desk clerk wasn’t really friendly.. I missed a day at my hotel due to my plane being canceled so we sent a email trying to get some of my money back for that night and they wouldn’t even respond. Rooms are very dated and could use a little update.

The property was great. Booking.com is not great. Partnership with casino and booking.com non existence Bad experience checking in. They couldn’t find any of my reservations with confirmation numbers
