Location, cleanness, and customer service on point. I did not like there is no mini fridge or coffee machine, and shower door, which is only one half of it.

Staff and the location There was a very loud banging noise that kept us up all night. It sounded like something was pounding on the ground with a machine. We were in room 2741.

I like the convenience of down town. The "shared" pool with circa isn't a quick walk its a few buildings down.... The pull out couch had trash and a used tissue folded in the bed, and the towel had a brown spot that looked fresh like they were switched out looks like poop.

The location is great! Staff is very friendly. Bed was so uncomfortable and the rooms toilet was disgusting..

Being on Fremont was amazing!! Easy walking distance to everything close by. The bed was kinda hard to sleep.

Value was good, customer service was excellent. The room was very noisy from the music on Fremont street till about 3am so sleep was impossible. Rooms can use a remodel. Other than that I was happy.

Beds were so comfortable! They cleaned everything so great each day! The pool was so relaxing and simple! The hotel was on Fremont, close to Walgreens, the pass to Stadium swim- so fun! The people that worked here were so helpful. The ELEVATORS were amazing- our fav and so simple to use- we never had to wait! We also loved having a hot tub and the cute little bistro was so yummy and convenient- right next to the elevator. Absolutely nothing!

When the ac unit in our room didn’t work they had it replaced on the spot The only thing I didn’t like was when I used my players card the machines didn’t pay but without the card I would win not much but enough to keep me playing
