Room not as advertised. When I called front desk to ask about the discrepancy they lied. Front desk not responsive after certain hours.

Do NOT stay here!!! The maid stole from our room. When I brought it to the hotel management's attention, they played dum and kept passing the buck knowing we were checking out the next day. Security team was useless and did nothing about the incident. The incident ruined our vacation. Do NOT stay here!!!!!

Elevators kept breaking down. Pool closes early. Sink was a slow drain. My room didn't have a fridge or microwave. No kitchenette in the lobby to substitute microwave.

Booked this trip for my wife. Area very sketchy for families or solo women. Staff not very friendly nor welcoming. Property condition and rooms good.

Everything except for the elevator was nice and clean. Water pressure for the shower was not that great but we were on the 9th floor...plus there was no way to adjust it so it sprayed further out into the shower, probably because there was only half a glass wall and no curtain. Bed was comfortable and the ac was cold!

Overall it was an okay stay. Nothing out of this world but also clean enough to stay in. Some issues we ran into were pool parties 2/3 nights going till 1am keeping us up (no heads up till checking in), AC only going to 71 degrees throughout our whole stay, and we had no working room phone even after bringing it to managements attention.

I was very disappointed upon my arrival.. my friend and I planned a pool day for months.. come to find out the pool was reserved for a private party. We would have checked out if we could.. the folks at another hotel heard our story and let us use their pool.. however, we had to walk down Fremont in our swimsuits. It would have been nice to know pool was closed for private party ahead of time. And hotel should have accommodated us in another way to make up for it. Very disappointed and will never come back here.
