Palms Place

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at Palms Place from June 19 through June 21. I am a returning guest and typically choose to stay at your property whenever I visit Las Vegas. Unfortunately, my most recent experience was extremely disappointing due to the lack of assistance and professionalism I encountered from several members of your front desk staff. Upon arriving at the property, I accidentally left behind my primary phone, which contains all of my important contact information and personal data. As someone who had just traveled alone from Los Angeles, this was a very stressful situation. I immediately went to the front desk seeking assistance. Most of the staff members appeared unwilling to help. Only one representative seemed interested in assisting me.(Alejandro) I explained that I needed access to a computer so I could attempt to recover information and locate my phone. I was directed to the business center located in the casino. After walking to the business center, I discovered that the computer's internet connection was not working, making it impossible for me to access the information I needed. I then walked back to the front desk and asked if there was another way I could log in or receive assistance. At that point, the manager noticed that I had a secondary phone with me and stated, "Well, you have a phone right there." I explained that I had just flown in from Los Angeles, was traveling alone,

Place was good, just a bit outdated but not much where it was visibly noted. It’s a place for groups to stay not much couples.

Stayed during the concert and long weekends, expected delay in long line for check in . Some false eyelashes found on the bathroom floor during check in

There are hidden fees they don’t warn you about, my room was outdated and still had old balloon strings and other debris from another guest upon arrival. The carpet had stains. We did not have any face towels on arrival and when asked for some they inspected our room and said that they don’t have a lot of face towels. I just don’t think the stay was worth the money. And also the walls could use a fresh coat of paint

I like location it was spacious. I didn't like the floors wasn't clean refrigerator didn't work and the air didn't work well in the room.

This is my second time stay at this hotel. Clean, staff is very nice, 24-hr security, free valet, casino on the property literally close to everything your trying to get to. If booking a room with a balcony like we did you won’t have access to it it which was kinda the whole point of booking that specific room , it would have been nice to be informed of that when checking in views were still beautiful

Everything was great beside a few minor stuff nothing major. The speakers got the tv didn’t work and the stopper for the tub wouldn’t work, other than that it was amazing I’ll be booking again hopefully with those things corrected

We were originally assigned a room w/ a non-working refrigerator and ice machine, despite these being listed and expected amenities in our booking. W/ no public ice machines available in the hotel, we were directed to walk across to the Palms Casino for ice. Given temps in the 100s, having a working fridge and ice machine was essential. We contacted the front desk and were told maintenance would be sent or we would be moved. We waited over an hour, calling three times for an ETA. It was around 11:30pm & we were still waiting w/ no assistance. Near midnight, we called again to request a room change and were told no rooms were available, contradicting prior info. Shortly after, we were informed the room’s appliances and TV were malfunctioning and the entire floor’s AC was also out, and we were then asked if we wanted to move. We agreed & waited another 20 mins past midnight for a bellman to transfer luggage and keys. Once settled, we discovered it appeared to be a smoking room, despite booking non-smoking. The bathroom had a strong cigarette odor. At 1am, exhausted, we stayed and hoped the smell would lessen w/ AC. We were out most of the next day, but upon returning, the room still smelled of smoke, especially in the bathroom. This was very disappointing as accommodations were a key reason for choosing this hotel. We are submitting this review through Hotels.com & hope management offers appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and failure to provide booked accommodation.
