The staff were courteous, the grounds were clean and well kept. The room was spot on and the ac worked like a beast!

Booked thru booking.com and had trouble. Checked in very late and was unpleasantly surprised by my fees. Thankfully when I checked out the next morning, the front desk gal was able to fix it. You had to step into the shower in order to close the bathroom door. It's a dated hotel. While I understand it's a gambling town, I didn't like walking thru all the cigarette smoke in the casino to check in.

The staff was very nice. That’s the only positive. I don’t do reviews but I thought I should in this case to warn families coming with children. I booked because it was the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. This is a hang out for drug activity. I saw lots of shady looking people walking the property and hanging out in front. An uber driver later told us there is prostitution there as well. I wasn’t surprised to hear it by the looks of the place. When I got to the room, the door was not locked. I pushed it open without using the key. I had to check to make sure no one was inside. I figured housekeeping didn’t shut it all the way. There was a problem with the door. You have to put effort into it to close all the way. The hallway walls and room doors were very dirty. There were stains on the sheets. The bathroom is very tiny. You barely fit in the toilet room. We were going to tough it out because it was late by the time we arrived and we were tired. But then I saw a fairly large bug crawling up the wall. Idk what it was exactly but that was the last straw. We left immediately and stayed somewhere else. I was able to get my deposit and resort fees back but not the charge for the room. It wasn’t too much though. It was worth it to get out of there. I didn’t have my children this trip but sometimes I do. This is a not a place to travel with children.

The hotel is nice, prices are descent. Beware ther is a 150 deposit fee. Staff is very helpful and courteous

Conveniently located and very close to the Las Vegas Strip. The room is clean, tidy, cozy, and spacious. No refrigerator or microwave.
