But overall it was nice. We went to the Kassi restaurant and it was R&b night. It was nuce

Easy access- perfect to see a show in the Theater and then pop upstairs to go to sleep. Good food options- Lucia is fantastic and Happy Hour is worth a stop for the margaritas. Room was quiet, clean, and free valet parking was super!

What made this even more frustrating is that we have stayed at this hotel for many years during our business trips and have always enjoyed our experience. Because of that history, we expected better customer service and a more satisfactory resolution. We understand that issues can happen, but how they are handled makes all the difference. After this experience, we're not sure if we'll continue choosing Virgin Hotels Las Vegas for our future stays.

Great pool, friendly staff, good food. Casino was great, good tables and nice dealers.

My third time back to the Virgin Las Vegas and it keeps getting better each time. The staff is so unbelievably well trained and caring. The one knock was the body wash was empty in the shower, it’s actually good enough to where you want to use it! I travel mostly for business, but I plan to use some of the amenities like the pool and spa more in the future. Great great experience!

This was the third stay in a row for my wife and I. It’s our new home away from home.

This property had nothing complementary at all. Food was not as good as I thought it would be for the price.

We stayed for three nights and regretted picking Virgin to celebrate my husbands 50th. The first room we were given had air conditioning issues. We thought the air needed to catch up after we dropped our bags, but by the time we went to sleep it was still hot. Called for a tech on day two and three times they couldn’t fix it so we had to move. Packed everything up again and went to a now smaller room, felt like we were being punished but at least the air worked. This property must be on a skeleton crew, there’s hardly anyone around. We did get a $50 credit for the room move and decided to use that at the pool on day three. Of course $50 barely got us TWO drinks. There’s no pool service that we’ve experienced at other properties so had to trek to the bar. The bartender said that my account didn’t have a credit card authorized. How’s that? We had to give a cc at check in and they bill you $100 a night for incidentals. Bartender said that’s only if you destroy your room. Uhhhhh no, it’s not but ok. Tells me I have to speak to front desk. As my two blended drinks are melting in front of me, I call the front desk from my cell, can’t walk all the way back inside. I kid you not it took over 45 minutes to get a human and then another 15 min for the operator to get front desk. Insanity. Front desk confirms that we do have a card on file/can use the credit. By this point, we are just tired. Vegas should be relaxing, not a fight for cool rooms and front desk staff to fix mistakes

The Pool with sand is great, bit cocktails could be a little bit stronger. They allowed me to get my room earlier and get a late checkout for a small fee. Modern hotel with style and far from the tacky aesthetics that hotels at the strip normally have.

The room was clean and stylish. It's lame they have the vip check-in and reminds me of the arrogance of times more segregated. Otherwise, the place was awesome and we had a great time.
