Terrible breakfast, not organized, aircon not working right and mis-management
-
Ok to stay near airport, that’s the plus. Free parking, basic room, clean bath and bed, carpet & grounds are dated. Staff was helpful. What is expected for the price.
-
AC didn’t work good. Entry door handle broke and was temporarily screwed back on. Pool was dirty.
-
The actual room was much nicer than the property itself. My main complaint about the room was the only AC unit was in the sitting area and it had to be running cold to even make the bedroom feel anything.
-
Very clean room nice host would definitely stay there again
-
Good spot to stay if you coming to Vegas, close to the strip. Has lots of restaurants near by. Very comfortable room with pool and gym made my trip better.
-
Was good but the pool was so dirty and the another was out service and the doors it’s hard to open with the key and is looking old but is good for family

Was definitely not the best experience. 2 queen bed rooms looked nothing like photos, so that was very deceiving. Our non smoking room smelled like smoke and the smoke alarm was missing/removed. The floors were stained and in some areas sticky. The first room we were given was not ready, showed up to the beds undone and trash on the floor. We weren’t sure if someone was still there. Immediately left. The only nice feature was the updated bathroom. No iron in room. However, front desk was quick to bring it to the room when I needed it. Not enough to get me to come back if i’m ever in the area again.

DO NOT STAY HERE! I am contacting the health department asap. The pictures on the website do not accurately represent the disgusting reality of this low class -10 stars “hotel”. 1. The lobby is not clean. Gross rugs and unclean vibe. Coffee station makes me feel dirty. It’s disgusting! Kitchen area- the furniture is all dingy and mismatched. The dark dining area unwelcoming. Breakfast sucked and was totally dried out. No real coffee! No coffeee cups! Tissues and no napkins- gross! Walking to my room, I see yellow crime tape around the small pool. Wtaf?! It made me steer clear of the pool! Now for the room. I got a single with King bed. The headboard was smashed like someone had a meth party in there. There was a long black hair in the shower, a brown stain on the wall by the toilet. No drinking cups or coffee provided. The carpets had stains and were dingy. The chair and couch were fabric and also stained and gross. I didn’t sit while I was in there as I thought I’d get bed bugs. Speaking of bugs, I found a dead cockroach upside down dead in the bathroom on the 2nd day. The hallway rugs were stained and gross- just tile it or do vinyl flooring wtaf?! The hallway walls looked disgusting and had scrapes, dings and looks like patched 1000k times. The staff were not accommodating and half alive. Zombies. I asked the cleaning staff for a do not disturb sign twice and never got it. Nor did they service my room during my stay when asked. Also, someone went in my room!!! Horrible.

I was so bummed and disappointed. The trash bins were overflowing everywhere. Parking lot full of trash. The shower leaked all over the floor. Room felt scummy. Pool closed and trash all over the courtyard. Leaves all over the hallway carpets. Planes overhead all day and night. Good floor plan and nice size of room, though.

Overall a decent room for the price. I will say it could use some updates and renovations but that might already be in the process. We only stayed one night as we had decided to extend our trip after our original booking at a different location.

Love the bed, very comfortable Nothing

The room was verry clean and conthfevall beds.

The breakfast could have been different every day. We were charged an extra $100 dollars when we checked in, also an extra 200 dollars which will be refunded but it will take a couple of weeks. I think the overall bill was to high. I forgot to pay for our breakfast before I started fixing my plate and the guy said the food is not free, with an attitude, I didn’t like that because it was just a mistake. I’m no thief. May your business thrive. Be Blessed

Super clean, updated, and welcoming staff

There was a lot of mold in the shower, and when I told the staff, she got the manager/owner, and they didn't care. They said they would give us a free night another day. But we were already checking out, and based on that experience, we don't want to stay there again. There are also no amenities and the outside of the hotel looks dirty and a cheap motel - nothing like the pictures.

It was very clean and affordable

Clean rooms. Spa amazing. Building 7 room 1702 had a very low shower heads. Need a drink table next to the buffet table. Also need more options for drinks ( cafe, orange juice, hot/ cold tea , and water)
