Clean room but no breakfast

Room was recently renovated. Friendly staff.

There is no breakfast offered anymore even though I paid extra for it.

Staff was pleasant The hotel was not clean. The room was not clean. I checked out 5 minutes after checking in.

First, we were given keys to a room that was occupied. Imagine the surprise for both of us! After a night of listening to our loud, rattling air conditioner switching on and off, when we were leaving our room, the deadbolt wouldn’t open immediately. It took several tries. We realize the property is undergoing renovations, but this was beyond an inconvenience. The room itself had an awkward set up and didn’t feel up to Marriott standards.

Staff is unprofessional and breakfast system is very bad and deceiving

That it was in Kentucky. Total dump. Trash everywhere. Staff sucked. Looks like a crime scene. I thought I was going to need a tetanus shot just to stay there.

Close to the stadium Construction made getting in confusing. Also I had to DoorDash food because the food place wasn’t open due to construction.

The man at the front desk was friendly Overall, the property was dirty and dingy. It had a foul odor on multiple floors. The key to the first room we were given there was someone inside that room so we had to go all the way back to the lobby and get another key.

All the construction was a surprise. But, we didn't hear anything, the room was clean, and the gentleman working the check in was very nice and welcoming. We always try to stay at a Courtyard when we travel. We love it and sodoklkkkkids!kidsWe'vennevnevence.

They was remolding didn’t tell you when you book nothing was open

I expected to get a free breakfast like most other hotels do. Prices for breakfast food was way too high. Over $57 for 2 slices of avocado toast, a small fruit cup, small yogurt, and 2 coffees? Pretty outrageous. I paid $17 for 2 coffees and a bagel.

Awesome

The property is under construction and there was no notice about it on the Expedia site. We were even able to add breakfast to the reservation, even though they no longer had any cooking facilities operational. Although they did adjust the rates back once we got there, so I gave 2 stars instead of 1.
