Good location

The website nor does the small print says anything about a deposit required (which you must use a credit card). The only charge certain people depending on what you use and how far away you are the deposit. No breakfast. Also if you order DoorDash or any delivery service it has to be left at the front desk they won’t let it be delivered to your room.

When we first arrived the girl working the desk WAS NOT friendly. We arrived a little later in the evening and it felt like it was a serious problem for her. There were no roll away beds, which was a bit of a bummer, and the couch in the room is pretty small. The room itself is large, although it’s strange that there is a severe lack of places to hang things like towels and swimsuits in the bathroom. There were also mounts for shampoo, body wash, and conditioner in the shower but no bottles on the mounts. We were provided one tiny bottle of shampoo and a small bar of soap for 3 adult women staying in one room, which was definitely not enough. And what happened to the conditioner? Finally, when I went to check out I sat in the lobby for 10-15 minutes waiting for someone to come to the desk and they never did so I just left. All in all I probably won’t stay here again. The property was clean and the room was pretty big, but the lack of customer service and amenities will likely drive me to stay somewhere else in the future. The beds were also AWFUL.

Luggage cart entrance to the front door was poor! Room TV was glitchy.

Very innolved check in process(I am a regular traveler) took a bit. The check in person wadn't all that friendly, I likely will not return.

Love this hotel, it has so much potential. Need better towels, in-room shampoo/conditioner etc, better office chairs, and a couple of the staff need some customer service training. With all that being said it is a new building in a great location for the KY horse park that allows dogs. I would stay here again and bring my own towels, silverware, and shampoo etc. But this hotel is so close to being great I hope they pull it together.

The hotel was clean and staff was friendly. The rooms were spacious with good amenities such as a full size fridge and small kitchen. We were staying there for a UK graduation and it was easy to get to everywhere we needed to be for all the events.

It was like a studio apartment. It even had a flat stove top with two burners. The refrigerator was full-size with an ice maker. Everything was very convenient. It was centrally located. And the staff could not have been friendlier. I highly recommend.

Nice room, very roomy and comfortable. We only stayed 1 night but the rooms are designed to accommodate longer stays
