Yeah, everything was good. The room was clean. The lady at the desk really helped us out. Explain stuff to us for car parking and that kind of stuff and then the Van gave us a ride Van guy and it was great. The hot tub jets didn’t work that was about the only negative thing.

The stay overall was decent. The 2 biggest complaints I have about my stay was: 1) The rooms weren't very soundproof so you could hear EVERYTHING! And 2) (This was the bigger of the 2 issues), I've stayed in many hotels and never have I had someone come to the door 3 TIMES to see when we were going to leave. We had the do not disturb sign on our door outside, mind you. Based on number 2 complaint, I will never stay at that hotel again! I understand people have jobs to do (I used to clean hotel rooms, so I know the list the housekeepers get every morning), but the feeling of being pushed out, not very professional.

We had a one bedroom suite and there were two tvs which was nice for an extended stay. The fitness center is decent as well as the indoor pool and hot tub. The staff is amazing, especially Payton at the front desk. The location is perfect to walk to many wonderful restaurants.

Our carpet was soaked in our room, but the morning manager was very sweet and did everything she could to help us.

So, I walked next door to the Marriott Residence and enjoyed their complimentary coffee until 7:00 am. Happy a Marriott sister hotel was nearby. Complimentary coffee in the morning in the lobby is a standard.
