I was very pleased with the employee that helped to check me in on Friday, 6.11 - I was there to check in and arrived around 415-430. I had incorrectly booked my reservation and he helped to get me a room and was very accommodating, kind, and helpful.

For what we paid to stay, I expected slightly cleaner rooms. Not sure this room has been checked up on since the last time it was cleaned. The vents for the ac/furnace were caked with dirt. We alerted the front desk.

Close to downtown Checkout time wasn’t until 11 and housekeeping came knocking almost an hour before.

Very quiet, centrally located, clean hotel.

The property was very well maintained. The breakfast was excellent with many options. Alicia at the front desk and the bartender at the same time did an outstanding job! Her service alone will be the reason we will stay at this hotel every time we are in town.
