PROS: the front desk staff was friendly, there's a Keurig in the lobby so you can grab a coffee, it's a convenient location to the highways, the room was clean and beds comfortable, the shower was hot and good water pressure.

Amazing mattress Needed more lighting, especially bathroom.

We did not use the breakfast offered. The first room we were assigned was not even ready. Beds were not made etc. It's hard to imagine that management wouldn't know what rooms were ready before assigning them to a customer. We did get another room promptly after the desk clerk double checked it to make sure it was ready. I didn't particularly like a $100 deposit put on my card that wasn't going to be taken off at check out.

The breakfast was OK; they ran out of eggs, the only hot entree on the service line. Coffee was good, and there was hot waffles.

The room was clean but very basic, room had both exterior and interior doors. Staff was friendly, easy check in, breakfast was not the best, no hot food, just waffles, cereal and a few other basic premade breakfast items.

The hotel has been kept in pretty good condition given its age. I really like how the first four rooms have both front and back entrances so you can go into the main part of the motel but you can also park right out front and walking to your room easily. The services were pretty good inside the room. The shower work the bed was pretty comfortable it, the refrigerator was great and the AC was fairly quiet you worked great. No complaints whatsoever and again this is an older place so the fact that everything worked well was impressive. I would have liked more outlets by the bed so I could plug in easier but again it's an older room and it's hard to retrofit. It wouldn't have been possible to put some plugs on the lights by the bed though. Other than that it really was quite comfortable.

Good motel. I was not provided a working key to the room. The worker at the front desk who checked me in tried my key and then let me into the room with her master key - but left me without a key - so that I would need to have a worker open the room door for me each time I would have needed to leave the room. If a working key could not be made at the time, the worker should have put me in another room, as there were plenty of vacant rooms during my stay. Management or ownership needs to correct this going forward. Every paying customer should be provided a working key to the door of the room we paid for, as it's a hotel and not a halfway house, and we are grown folks - not kids.

I liked the price of the rooms and the location of the hotel to the event center we were needing to be near. The bed was actually comfortable. The room had an underlying smell of cigarette smoke which bothered both me and me daughter. We both suffer from allergies and I did not read that in any of the reviews. The breakfast was ridiculous. Terrible snack cakes and a waffle machine that the waffle didn't cook properly in. No nutrition at all for our athlete. We only had the bath mat and a hand towel in our bathroom, no bath towels until the maid cleaned the next day.

We stayed last night after the Savannah Bananas baseball game. The property is older but clean. If you’re looking for an economical place to sleep in Lincoln, this is a great place to stay. The rooms were clean and staff helpful. Obviously the breakfast is basic, but it satisfied our needs for the day.
