Location was fascinating and the owner an amazing individual! The venue is an unique asset to Lincoln!

Beautiful residential area & impressive historical venue Bathroom had minimal lighting, bathtub was impossible to use for shower - curtain doesn't close, rain shower knobs r behind curtain, etc. All 3 of us (adjoining suites) hated that bathroom. Also a rounded tub, no flat surface to stand - very slippery. Advertised as 'bed & breakfast' but breakfast is fruit & bread options, commercial ham & cheese. French press coffee was just coffee, etc. Only 2 towels for 3 people & when we asked for more they didn't leave on table outside our door, they came into our rooms & left towels. Huge pile of garbage in dumpster left at side entrance where we were to exit & enter - disgusting! TV monitor was desk size in far corner - so almost impossible to view. No chair in 1 suite, no dresser (surface) in other suite. There were additional issues, but nothing major.

This place was beautiful and in a very quiet neighborhood. There wasn't anything I didn't like.

Our room was clean and very well appointed with lovely antiques, as well as, amenities including shower gel, shampoo & conditioner dispensers and a hair dryer. Breakfast was served around the dining room table consisting of a fruit plate, meats, cheeses, breads from a local bakery and a good selection of teas and coffee.

Beautifully restored historic house in a neighborhood of shady streets & graceful older homes. Great for walking.

Felt a little like an unfinished project, I.e. no bedside lamps, no bedroom decorations, shower in our room was difficult as controls were behind the shower curtain. Using the side door also a bit awkward I.e. if sitting on the front patio. Would definitely stay again but some minor tweaks would make it even better.

Room was comfotable and clean. Staff pleasant. The breakfast was not what I expected in a B&B. Cold cuts, cheese, fruit. Croissant was touted as a wonderful fresh made bread but was inedible.

We were just passing through lincoln and this popped up as a place to stay.So we had no expectations. We were blown out of the water. A genial host, the amazing restoration, the little details, and the modern conveniences all work together to make it a wonderful place to stay. Be sure to take a walk around the neighborhood and even walk to a restaurant for the full benefit.

The historical ambiance Being mobility impaired, the stairs were an issue.

The rain shower is nice, but not great for a thorough shower. Wasn't sure we could use the downstairs tv and couches, lights were off and access to the great front porch was only from a carriage door.

The house is fantastic and in a beautiful neighborhood. Close drive to anything you'd want to do in town. Beautiful indoor historic architecture and decor, it was a beautiful. Nice linens, comfortable mattress, quality accessories. The continental breakfast is fresh fruit with cheese, ham, and a choice of one bread. I worked on the front porch and it was a perfect place to enjoy the fresh air. The rain shower is nice, but not great for a thorough shower. Wasn't sure we could use the downstairs tv and couches, lights were off and access to the great front porch was only from a carriage door.

Great restored house Very nice location. Breakfast - very poor. Slow and not very friendly. Could do a lot better on breakfast to match the very nice house. Bathroom shower is dangerous No support staff. .

This place was perfect. I loved the atmosphere and the owner/staff. Makes me wonder why I stay in hotels and not B&B's

Creepy

No Reading lights next to chairs. Very dark in alcove where chairs were located. Only one drinking glass per room for 2 guests.

Absolutely LOVED this place!! It was so cute and historic! Built in 1909 it has so much character and felt like I was transported into a French renaissance era and my goodness it was the cleanest place ive stayed in. I’ve been to some 5 star hotels and this was even better!! If I’m ever in Lincoln again I know where I’ll be staying for sure! 10/10

The Bed and Breakfast is absolutely beautiful. The owner was wonderful, showed us around and talked about the history of the house. We loved all the antiques that he has spent time finding and having them properly restored.
