Room was outdated and looked dirty although it was probably cleaned. There was blood splattered on the wall, the bathtub looked a little sketch, and I checked for bed bugs just to make sure.

Nothing! Maybe the gambling machines in the lobby….. DIRTY!! Was a spur of the moment stay…..WON’T again! Price was ok. I know why it was cheap! Facility was dirty! In our room there was no HOT water just luke warm! The AC was about to fall out of the wall. I could see outside all the way around! Beds were good but I still wouldn’t stay again!

Room had pieces of dog food on the floor, lacked most of the towels needed & the door to the bathroom was very loud and needed realignment.

Close to airport Very run down. Wet towel on the floor behind bathroom door. Parking lot was full of strange people who appeared to be living in their cars. Didn’t feel comfortable at all.

The linens were clean. The hotel is going through some changes and the rooms are pretty beat up when you take a good look around. The rooms and linens were clean but the walls and floors showed a lack of upkeep.

The price and closeness to the interstate. The attention to detail is seriously lacking. Employees completely missed that I had already paid for the stay and charged me twice for the room.

We checked on late and left the next morning. It had everything we needed.

The staff was super helpful they allowed us to park our motorcycles underneath the awning due to the fact that we were supposed to have severe weather as long as we kept it out of the way of other guests there was a restaurant located nearby that was also very nice I enjoyed my stay

Room was terrible. Dirty. Smelled of cat urine. Carpet was wet. Very bad experience.

The place needs a lot of maintenance (especially the rooms) done for the price they charge.

It was a decent place. After we booked it we received an email letting us know the pool is permanently closed. They need to update their listing as that could be important to a lot of people. Other wise it was a nice place for a nights sleep.

The room was OK, the towels and the bedding clean but with stains on them. The toilet kept running all night.

It was summertime and they list the pool as an amenity, but it was empty except for some leaves and rain water. The shower drain was slow so dont take a long shower or you will overfill the tub. Toilet had brown stains on seat. Kleenex box had used kleenex shoved back into it. Outlets fell out of the wall when, half the lights didnt work. Shampoo bottles were left over because one was empty. Juice machine didnt work at breakfast, food was stale.

We had 8 rooms and 5 of us had fully functioning satisfactory rooms. 3 had issues: one had a shower pull handle that was tricky to get positioned for temperature control; one had wet towels under the bathroom counter due to a leaking sink (345); and finally room 119 had issues that could not be resolved. Because the rooms were booked through Hotels.com (Expedia), the hotel could not compensate us for the less than satisfactory experience. As we were leaving at 5 am for flights home, we did not push the issue.

Needs Major Upgrades to match other Windgates I have stayed in.

The hotel is in really bad shape: Dirty floors, tiny toilet that had running water all night long, towels with holes, ragged curtains in window, running out of food and coffee for breakfast, garbage pieces in parking lot, luggage cart felt apart when trying to use it.
