Holiday Inn Express & Suites Baltimore - BWI Airport North by IHG

Our room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was decent for a free hotel breakfast. All the basics you would expect. I have no complaints and will stay here again.

Awesome staff… check in girl Thursday, June 18th was really friendly and helpful and checkout lady Friday, June 19th was also very friendly and helpful. Awesome staff!

The property is fine for short term stays. Upon arrival we requested two keys for the two adults traveling together and were told only one was available because the property was sold. We found this to be a bit odd and inconvenient. Our room was at the front of the property and we were able to hear conversations outside which made a little challenge sleeping at night. Overall the property was fine. The cleaning staff were very helpful and friendly.

Glad shuttle service to airport is offered and the breakfast is so convenient! Nice indoor pool and stay was nice.

Everything what's really great staff cleansing, front desks staff really was helpful breakfast was hot and really good was very pleased with the hotel overall.

All was fine, except a minor incident of a few guests in the parking lot arguing on our 2nd night. The new charge of paying to park. We’ve stayed here several times prior during our visits to Maryland and never had to pay for parking. Added expense I was not expecting.

Clean and the shuttle from the airport was great. The breakfast was good. We were not allowed to check in at 2:45 pm. That was BS.

It was a good quick stay. Unfortunately we did not get to use many amenities as we were just a quick overnight. Pool was open 10 to 10.

Excellent location and the staff was helpful. I was not aware of the $10 per night parking charge but everything else was great.

Stayed at this location for baseball trip.Free shuttle to light rail station nearby that took us to Camden Yards

The room was clean. N the fact that you guys use dove products love that I didn't like that while checking in front desk. Lady thought it was ok to have me standing there waiting to check in. While she was having a conversation with another employee. Then, I got to my room and found out the floor underneath a.c unit was leaking

Parking was a little tight
