It was a great stay lovely room and great pepper to be around

The smell on the comforter was so strong I had to turn it around to go to sleep. There wasn’t even 1/2 a roll of toilet paper. The other occupants were yelling/being loud through the night. I would NOT recommend this hotel, especially for someone with children

The lady at the front desk requsted a pet deposit after I presented my federal service animal badge, then demanded that she held our licenses until check out the next day. The room was filthy and had no amenities other than one body towel. The bed linen had not been changed from the prior guest and the sheets were soiled. There was broken glass with drug remnants on the floor between the couch and wall, and the sink in the kitchen area leaked all over the floor. There was loud fighting between several different guests in different rooms for hours into the night, with no hotel staff to alert. No phone was available for use, and our car doors were opened at some point during the night. This was the worst hotel experience of my life.

This was one of the unhealthy room I have ever stayed in. I slept on top of the covers in my clothes. I had the room booked for two nights. Stayed the first night and they wouldn’t allow me to cancel the last night. I lost that money but I didn’t stay. This place needs to be shut down…

I like it

The outer appearance somehow coincided with how the room looked as well! Something was flying around in my room the place was not worth $70 more like $25. I will never stay there again.
-
Very nasty, but I guess you get what you pay for 84.00 for 2 nights.

The furniture in the room is old and the smell is awful

It was a drug house with prostitution ring. Service was terrible, didn't get the room that was ordered. Booked a king bed with nonsmoking and got two queen beds and a smoking room. Towels were dirty and wet. Shouting and banging occurred throughout the night. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
-
Very poor customer service no ammenities. there was not a working smoke detector or TV in the room. They didnt even have an iron i had to go buy one. The whole place was very noisey.
-
The experience was terrible. First the curtains didn't close so I didn't have privacy then I had no remote control to watch TV for 2 days and the TV in the room didn't have a volume button so I couldn't turn down the TV and leave it had to be off or stuck on Golden girls I was unable to get help in regards to either issue from the help desk. The kitchen area was completely gross and the mattresses and sheets and towels had stains on them.
-
Front desk was unhelpful, we were going to be arriving late to the hotel so we called in advance to inform them and we were told to come earlier so we drove with uncertainty that we would even have a room to sleep in. The room was bad, cigarette burns in the bedding and stains on the mattress.
-
Not allowed to check in early even if there are obvious available rooms. When I finally was able to check into the reserved room, 4hours later, the room smelled like someone smoked in the room the entire existence of the hotel. There were holes in the bathroom door where someone kicked it. The curtains were beyond repair with filth...there was a dirty washcloth still in the shower and the refrigerator didn't work. The man at the front desk was rude, unknowledgeable, and not helpful at all
