Budget Host Inn- Medical Center

A homeless man broke into my room and took my things, staff was very indifferent and seemed upset that I was angry and terrified. Stuff told me “people around here know each other, maybe he knew you before.” But I’d only been here for 2 days, I am from out of town and did not know the man. I made a big deal about getting a new room so the man did not know which room I was in as he told me after giving my things back that he’d return to see me. Very disappointed by the lack of concern for my safety at this location and I will not be back.

It was close to baptist hospital, friend was having surgery. Very helpful

I don't know how anyone rates this above a one star. This place was horrible. First room had a hole in the ceiling. The guy upfront gave me the room upstairs. He said it would be better. It had bugs and was filthy. I refused to stay here and told them I was leaving and got a different hotel down the road. I did get a refund, thank goodness. That's the only good part (REFUND)

The tvs are small you hardly can see it

I needed a room change & the tub filled while taking a shower not the cleanest place I've stayed but the bed was really comfortable

The staff was nice. That was pretty much it honestly. There’s nothing else that I even could say that was great about this place. Well for starters there was the tv that wasn’t working and unmounted off the was and just in the way. Then there was the broken chair in the corner. The bedding had holes in it and the roaches were everywhere!!

Convenient It’s old and tired

Room was disgusting. Most of the lights did not work, light switches that didn’t do anything (no lights anywhere they would have linked to). I thought there was hair all over the toilet seat, turns out it was scratches. There was something behind the door that looked like snake skin, not enough light to see clearly. After using my flashlight on my phone, I'm pretty sure it was a piece of weave. When I was looking at that, I noticed roaches. About the same time my boyfriend was eating and a roach came crawling out toward him. We decided to leave, when I asked for a refund the clerk could not speak English and kept asking if I wanted a room.

Not much Took staff over 30 minutes to come to the front desk for us to check in. Staff had left the property to go get food

The employee at your front desk was kind and on point with answering anything asked about the hotel There was a couple roaches in my room.along with 2 light that did not work. The rooms mirrors were filthy.

Nothing at all I get off work from the hospital that I worked 12 hrs at to my personal belongings having roaches crawling out of my stuff. Then I go to check out they tell me they will refund my money and now today they are saying the won’t.

The location The drug heads knocking on the door all the time The facility was nasty and dirty had moldthan roaches they do not clean their rooms they say they pet friendly but definitely not pet friendly or PetSafe all the back rooms on the bottom floor have boarded up Windows

Couldn't watch TV. Bed was so uncomfortable. The floors was sticky. Bathroom was dirty. Staff was rude. Wouldn't recommend this nasty dirty hotel.

Location Cockroaches. No soap for the shower. Shampoo dispenser empty. No kleenex hairdryer or coffeemaker.heavy grime on lights. Food pieces in frig drawer.
