Customer service was excellent! The hotel is under some construction. Bathroom is outdated. No ice machine available on any of the guest room floors. Unfortunately there was a roach inside of the refrigerator inside of my room, the front desk switched my room with no hesitation! Hotel has a bar onsite, service was great at bar, too!

Was great for the three rooms we used overall. Only issue was they gave the same room by accident to the other two rooms but fixed that quickly

Parking was safe. Did not make it to breakfast. Room was clean, but could tell it was a room that had not been used in awhile.

Had to move rooms twice because of AC not working and toilet not flushing. They did finally end up moving us the following night to a better room with a functioning toilet and AC.

Bed linen was not changed obviously in the second room. Third room manager accompanied me to ensure air was working and linen changed. Offered me late check out for the many problems. Did not do breakfast and parking was fine. Only one elevator working for entire hotel.
