Everything was clean, nicely painted and decorated.The bed was comfortable . The staff was friendly and accommodating. The luggage carrier was nice to aid in taking the luggage to our rooms. Breakfast was hot and tasty and the helpers kept it that way.

Strange odor like mold and mildew. Room request was totally ignored. Front desk could not provide a receipt for pet fees and incidentals. Since we were only staying one night we didn’t bother to complain. It certainly didn’t live up to the name “Presidential”

Toccara (at the front desk) was amazing. She was extremely professional, helpful, and courteous.

The rooms were clean and overall totally comfortable. Breakfast was convenient. The TV in the room was not working at all. I left thinking that it would be fixed when I returned. When I got back it still was not working. Hung around at the bar for 2 hours while I waited for them to try to fix it. Finally asked to move rooms and it took another hour for that. Although it did not kill me I don't expect that in a quality motel.

The only minor issues were that conditioner and coffee cups were missing in the room. Aside from these small oversights, everything else was very good.

The room was clean and comfortable despite being a bit dated. It has easy access to downtown and is right across the street from Southern Tail Brewing, which was a great spot! The parking garage/lot was secure and made us less nervous about parking in this area. It took an hour to check in, as there was an event that night that had everyone arriving at the same time. I wish there had been more employees or the process was a bit quicker when they were experiencing the high volume of people.
