We booked a stay here because it was listed as having an EV charger. I should have done more research elsewhere, because we arrived to find only two chargers. Both were in use all night, and also required payment for a relatively slow charge. For the cost of the room, this slow charge really should have been free, especially since parking itself was also an additional fee that I did not see prior to booking. There was plenty of parking available in this relatively empty area, so others parked in a neighboring gravel lot, but I paid since I needed access to charging in case it became available. Limited staff interactions were kind. The pool area had some trash around it and we had to fetch towels because none were available in the pool area, but they said they were having laundry troubles and may have just not been by to take care of the area yet. Overall the room was nice. I was a little surprised by how much loud redneck truck noise we heard, but fortunately that seemed to quiet down late in the evening since there wasn't much other activity in the area. Water pressure was expectedly low for a modern hotel, and we had to stand there for an extraordinary amount of time to get completely wet. Otherwise the room was clean and maintained.

Instead, you’ll likely end up parking in what can only be described as a dirt and mud field full of massive potholes behind the main lot. After rain, it becomes a muddy mess. If you drive a nice vehicle, be warned—this area is rough, poorly maintained, and not something I’d want to leave my car in. To make matters worse, you’ll be dragging your luggage through mud, dirt, gravel, and potholes just to get back to the hotel. Once you finally reach the building, you’ll discover that the rear entrance doors are locked, forcing you to walk all the way around to the front entrance to check in. For a major hotel brand, the parking and guest arrival experience is surprisingly inconvenient and poorly managed.

The property was clean and had friendly staff. The parking lot is small but there is a dirt lot next to it you can also park in. It was a little disappointing they charge for parking but there isn’t room on the paved lot for all the guests so we ended up in the mud in the dirt lot. On street parking is free so it doesn’t make sense that there is a mandatory parking fee. It is walking distance to the Clinton Library and downtown Little Rock which is nice.

Well managed building, great location. Parking situation is absurd ... inadequate would be a kind description.

The property was clean…wished there had been at least bottled water in the room for when we arrived. The breakfast lady attendant was wonderful; friendly and very helpful.

This hotel is literally sitting on the freeway. Our room was the closest to the freeway. No sleep due to all the road noise, racing cars, sirens, etc. The pillows were horrible- flat. We had 6 pillows just to even start to get comfortable. The parking was terrible. Had to park in overflow parking that was muddy. I won’t book there again.

On way to TX so had a quick overnight stop. Friendly staff was able to give us a couple restaurant recs within walking distance. Hotel was clean. Great breakfast. Would stay again. Clinton library was nearby to visit and worth the visit.

Everything was great
-
Property is in a good location. Breakfast is good. Staff could be better. Overall the room itself is good. It would have been nice to know I’m being charged $10 per day for parking. Communication with night staff and cleaning staff not so great. The young lady that initially checked me in was great! She’s been there a short time she mentioned but she was nice. The rest of them not so much

My son blanket was removed from the bed and they showed zero interest in assisting to find it or even look through lost and found for it. Unacceptable Staff does not communicate well. The lady at the front has no patience but I watched her with other guests and she would smile and be courteous depending on what you look like!
-
Witness blonde management lady. Berate staff in front of customers. Very poor communication skill, killed the stay for us on how staff were treated.

Nice & affordable, had a really good breakfast with tons of options.

Clean

Check in was easy and the staff friendly. The room was clean and in order. The only drawback was the unexpected $10 parking fee.

Entitling was great

Loved the room and breakfast. Wish we had time for the pool. Front desk person at check in was a little nervous and we didn’t like parking in a dirt “overflow area”. Front desk person at checkout was awesome and everything was clean and fresh.
