Parking was difficult to get to and from main property with heavy baggage

This is a nice hotel and offers free parking in a an adjacent garage. However, the hotel seemed overpriced for the amenities. The staff were very helpful and the rooms clean and comfortable. Doors to rooms seemed surprisingly heavy to open, which was a bit odd. There is no real restaurant, only a place to order a sandwich and breakfast items with limited hours. There is a small bar. Many restaurants and bars are nearby and the location is excellent to go to the Clinton Library. Riverfront walks are good and close.

Stylish room with sitting area. Walkable to restaurants and Clinton Library. A/C set far too low in public areas. No free breakfast.

Nice stay. The rooms are dated. I was out in an accessible room. The elevator went out but the staff had it fixed by the next morning.

The accessibility’s I booked online and I was told my card would only be charged for pending charges for damage. I got home and was charged $40 for parking. Last time we stayed parking was included. Instead of getting a surprise charge and email when I get home

We enjoyed our stay! The staff were polite, our room was clean, and the location in Downtown Little Rock was perfect! They don’t serve breakfast, so we found a cute little restaurant a few blocks away and ate breakfast.
