Excellent service

Our stay was great. We loved how safe it was. You had to use the room key to use the elevator to the different floors. It was very clean and the breakfast was good. All the staff were amazing! We will be booked at Stay ridges in other cities we travel to.

I have stayed at this hotel many times while getting medical care in Little Rock. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Very clean, comfortable, staff is always helpful. Overall, it is my first choices of places to stay when I’m in Little Rock.

Nice clean motel in a great location. Beds are good and room is spacious. The only miss we had with it, was no ice machine.

Loud jackhammering sounds while laying in bed, room was mostly clean. Worked for what we needed, however wouldn't stay here again.

I have no idea how this hotel has so many high ratings. I chose this one after researching several hotels in the area and thought it would be great for our large family. We booked a 2 bedroom suite. My first impression with the front desk staff was fine. The woman helping me was friendly. Once we got to our room we quickly realized all the reviews boasting cleanliness were very wrong. We had to keep our children off the sofa because it looked like someone had either vomited or spilled food — either way it wasn’t cleaned properly. Our sheets had suspicious spots on them. We had to ask for new sheets because I couldn’t handle sleeping on what was there. The shower appeared to have mildew in the caulk lines. And the toilet looked dirty - something you’d expect in a public restroom and not a hotel. The furniture was in terrible condition, but I could have completely overlooked that if the actual room had been cleaned properly. We came very close to leaving, but after a long day of driving with 4 children, and not being familiar with the area, we made do the best we could and got out of there as quickly as possible the next morning. When checking out, the front desk staff asked how our stay was and I explained that it was horrible he went silent and then finished checking us out and said “have a nice day”, so it’s very obvious to me that staff doesn’t care about guest experience. I would never stay here again, nor would I recommend this hotel to anyone.

There was no USB port for me to charge cell phone with. Thankfully I kept a portable battery for backup. Other than that, everything was great.
