Enchanté Boutique Hotel

Exceptional

This is a gorgeous boutique hotel with lovely staff. They kindly allowed me to do an early check-in, and the room was very Parisian and very relaxing. I was offered a coffee and a warm croissant upon check-in as well. I had breakfast there the next morning, which was delicious and relaxing in the sunny dining room. I would love to stay at Enchante again!

Location Old rooms, carpet with dust. For such price you except something different.

The property advertises that it includes breakfast. This is an expensive hotel, not an Econolodge type hotel. When you arrive at the very beautiful breakfast room, only the bread, cereal, coffee, and juice is included. They charge you for the hot food. And the cereal is served in the single serving box. It feels like a bait and switch. They get all the hotel guests to come for breakfast and after sitting at the table and reading the menu you find out it isn’t really included as advertised.

Relax in the one of a kind decorated French themed rooms that are tastefully done so much you feel like you never want to leave. Wine down your day with a fine dining experience indoors or outdoors on their beautiful patio. We have fallen in love with California, and with The Enchanted Boutique Hotel!

I’ve already mentioned a lot of wonderful things about this boutique hotel on my first review. Staffs and the owner are amazing .. the location is very good and walkable to all those local shops..

Our hotel room itself was comfortable and just as nicely decorated. During our stay, the bathroom door handle broke and Christian fixed it promptly without a hassle. It was clear they truly cared about guest comfort and service. We also had the pleasure of meeting the owner Abby, who was incredibly friendly and we’re glad to have met. Overall, this hotel combined excellent hospitality, great food, classic French charm into a memorable experience. We would happily stay here again.

We use to get welcome wine and charcuterie board which was such a nice touch but this was stopped. Wine is supposed to be offered but we never got any.

Very quiet room considering it was adjacent to busy roads.

Gorgeous and classic French ambiance. A rare find and treat to stay at. Plus very pet friendly. The free breakfast items, were not what I expected, but the pay for menu items were exceptional.

The location was tucked away in a surprisingly quiet corner where what seems two main roads split. The hotel is walking distance to small shops, cafes and accessible to their Sunday farmers market. The inside of the hotel is very cute and our room was beautiful. Small detail but I really liked the discreet door key card sensor. I liked the layout of the room and the size of the bathroom. The bed was so comfortable and cozy, with a nice view near the window. We'd love to come back for a longer stay.

Great location, nice decor and rooms were spacious Parking, loud interiors hallways. Doors slamming at 6am. Room had fingernail clippings next to the bed and on the nightstand.

I love to stay in this hotel because of the location, staff and all the conditions.

The room was spotless, pristine, comfortable, and very charming! The staff was warm, and courteous and the whole experience was enchanting just like its name. What a lovely and pleasant surprise indeed as we had never heard of it. Now we want more and would love to go back there!

Enchante is located right in in the heart of Los Altos and is a boutique hotel that might as well be located in the heart of France. The fixtures and furnishings are wonderful, as is their small, elegant restaurant, Campagne. The hotel does not offer parking, and all of the lots nearby are either business-owned or time-limited (2-3 hours maximum, Monday through Saturday, between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m.).
